The world has 6790 cities, meaning that the United States owns approximately 13% of all that.
I tested a frigate spam in every city in the world, there were 1555 coastal cities, meaning the United States owns approximately 15% of all coastal cities in the game.

I would say that the USA is op, but usually needs time build up insurmountable strength. The US can be stopped if it is ganged up on by multiple players in the early game. I usually just develop as base USA and ally with Canada and/or Mexico to not be unfair with my power. It's more entertaining and challenging to limit myself like that. The base land is already enough to stay ahead of most other countries and even a expanded China. A developed base USA can still hold a higher rank above a slightly developed China that has Japan, Russia, the Koreas, and India. Even if you are outnumbered, your Tax and Money can allow you outlast enemies with 1-2 billion population sizes. The recruitment buildings also come in clutch when fighting a much larger power. I managed to last 5 hours in a 1v5 against a large China, a unified South America, and some European countries as base USA. I sadly did not win though. I was only able to seize the capital of Brazil and the UK for a short time.
This is important to make Austora real
A good china player could form Qing dynasty and conquer the rest of Russia or get India or do a european expansion etc, yes America is very overpowered but china is also really good
wouldnt say its too op it is distanced from everything else making it hard to beat countries far away
That also means they can be a super power and build up until they can sweep into a divided Europe or China

@@caleballen3880 well after this video was made, 5 months later hyperant did nerf USA by removing a bunch of cities (which i think most of them were ports) and that resulted in USA having less population which results in USA making less money from tax

I disagree, America has multiple massive vulnerabilities that are easy to exploit, such as its capital being coastal, its ideology meaning its annoying to fight wars beyond North America, and so much releasables that you can get unrest even at 45% stab and no war exhaustion. Nerfing it will just buff europe and make less people play outside of europe. A better solution is to give the AI actual AI so America Players can't as easily acquire resources and to give the other superpowers more ports, as a side note I agree with the NAU stability debuff, but it should only be temporary as its kind of ridiculous to think that there will be a mexican cartel issue forever.
Same could be said for India, near multi mountains, but it is very easy to explore Asia as india

Well he mentioned in the video about putting your cap in Chicago. He also talked about consumer goods which will majorly help with non North American wars.
@@TheProtagonist_1 Its not, when your fighting a war across the world you get tunnel vision, and since the RON map is actually the earth and not a flat projection like how it is in paradox games you'll likely not notice a cap snipe till it's too late.
