    I made this recipe and it turned out amazing! I tweaked it a bit to my preference and item availability. I ended up seasoning the squid with some spices after blanching and draining and used Rice Vinegar, instead of Chinese cooking wine, and Szechuan Spicy Sauce(from a local Walmart). It turned out amazing!!

      ako na ang sasagot sa iyo...hindi po pwede dahil magkukulay dark iyong luto mo...pag seafoods dapat ay white wine or iyong sa chinese wine...pag walang available sa inyo ay pwede naman ang gin tonic na nabibili sa mga sari sari stores, apuyan mo lang para mag evaporate iyong alcohol content niya

    Everything was going good, until the cornstarch part. You never put cornstarch in powder for directly on stir fry, it first be dissolved in a small amount of water

      That's okay, it dissolved anyway. I tried it. It's just as perfect!
