Currently 39 weeks pregnant!! Definitely went through the whole weak pelvic floor journey as well 🥲 doing pf exercises before, during, and after pregnancy for sure helps, and specifically seeing a pelvic floor therapist for an examination is SO worth it 👏🏼 For the neck pain I would see a chiro or physio if it keeps happening 🥺 lots of love from Canada 💕

Hey Jess! I noticed you had some prime energy drinks in this vlog and I just wanted to let you know that they’re going through a lawsuit right now because of all of the harmful ingredients in their drinks. Specifically their use of forever chemicals (definitely look them up if you haven’t heard of them) but basically one bottle of prime energy has 3x the amount of forever chemicals in it than you’re supposed to consume in your entire lifetime. Jess! I've never been pregnant, BUT whenever I'm on my period, I get huge neck pain. My osteopath said that it's related, because of the uterus' inflammation that presses on the sacrum and spine, that goes all the way to the neck. He recommended doing exersices where you open and stretch your hips. Hope it makes sense!! Love u so much!
Definitely try to get into a pelvic floor physio! I did a pregnancy and post natal appointment with one and it was so worth it ❤

Round table for sure, will make everything flow better. I think try putting another olive tree behind those two trees (maybe move the one from the living room behind it to see how it looks before buying another) but I think the symmetry would look great. Also if are able to put up a cute vintage old looking photo next to the mirror, or like framed tapestry that would look great
Gallery wall would look perfect in that living room, either three big photos in a line, or 9 medium sized ones, 3-3-3 would look great.

For the muscle discomfort I 10/10 recommend seeing an OMM Specialist!! I cannot tell you how beneficial it has been during pregnancy! Starting at 34 weeks I get seen once a week to prep/relax my body for labor too. It has been extremely helpful. Seeing OMM has been the best decision I made while pregnant.
Im pregnant with my 2nd as well and my pelvic floor is just weak this pregnancy. My midwife did say to docsome pelvic floor therapy during and after pregnancy. Im 32 weeks and it’s been helping alot
