Everytime I see an "easy metallica riffs" I immediately hear sad but true in my head
Nothing else matters open strings riff
Finally something in my league :)
kirk hammet why don't you practice? you lazy bum.
@@MrTubularBalls its overrated
lol it interferes with the drinking I guess.
@@MrTubularBalls yeah, same with hetfield
well, at least he can do the downpicking thing, he's a good rhythm guitarist. he writes all the acoustic stuff. the few solos he does are actually melodic, better than that out-of-tune wah-wah crap tone-deaf drunk hammet does. he also has a good voice.
oh yeah, he punched Lars once!
I find it unique that you use your pinky for the other power chord finger. I usually use the standard index and ring finger. Interesting and great job man.
I always find it better to play with my pinky, but everyone is different I guess
I use pinky the majority of the time but it depends on what I'm doing next if I use the ring finger, not as uncommon as you'd think :)
I learned to play guitar thinking my hands were too small so now i can almost only use my pinky lmao
It's the James Hetfield technique... more self taught than classically trained, not necessarily the best but some can pull it off with those pinkies of steel!
@@THRASHMETALFUNRIFFS one of the biggest het fans out there, but how is this the hetfield technique? Most guitar players use their pinkies on powerchords, if you want to talk about a het technique you can talk about his right hand, I actually somewhat hold the pick the way he does and it gives me way more stability and power and precision, that 's one of his trademarks actually
Hey Karri!!!! Love that riffs and i would add eye of the beholder
Excellent selection ! You can add Seek and Destroy as well ;)
Excelente, saludos desde Colombia, south America.

Need to intermix a bit of both tracks pls. Makes listening on one headphone at work difficult.
You can set audio to mono on your device, thats how Ive listened on single headphone previously 👌
This is like if those songs were written today
I've never seen your hands move so slow. I don't like it 😂😂😂😂
You’re on every single guitar channel I swear
@@demdrumsandguitar8208 He's being the next Morgan Lemon
What is your string gauge?
9-46
I remember my guitar teacher insisted on playing power chords with the ring finger... Do whatever you are comfortable with and f the rules.
Im a teacher as well and I agree with the last sentence ;)

Try Megadeth...good luck
Dude,i had to order my first guitar. Ibanez RGAIX6FM. Now i have to figure out how to play that beast 😂 this is your fault! 😂😂

When I got the notification, I clicked, only 3 views, but nobody here. Sad But True.
Why we live? For what? Simple, To Live Is To Die.
Our carcasses will all Fade To Black in time
But do you know for whom the bell tolls?
@@KarriHanninen *thinking hard*
Nah, I don't know.
But come on, here, have a sit with me.
I don't have much time left. My time is near.
Let's take look at the sky before I die
@@dhelsgade The answer is that "it tolls for thee"
For Whom the Bell Tolls
by John Donne
No man is an island,
Entire of itself.
Each is a piece of the continent,
A part of the main.
If a clod be washed away by the sea,
Europe is the less.
As well as if a promontory were.
As well as if a manor of thine own
Or of thine friend's were.
Each man's death diminishes me,
For I am involved in mankind.
Therefore, send not to know
For whom the bell tolls,
It tolls for thee.
@@THRASHMETALFUNRIFFS Didn't know that, but thanks for the explanation though.
"Each is a piece of the continent" that was beautiful. Reminds me of how the earth was to be. From Dinosaur age till now. Every continent is based of one big continent, then scattered everywhere as time goes by

Your sad but true is wrong. you have to let it ring a bit instead of choking it.
This is not easy for beginners 😂
