Hey Chris I just got my hands on a built 20v stock trans with the harness already wired for my ae102. I opened it up and the motor is built brand new I just need a computer clutch and flywheel. Arias pistons molnar rods acl race bearings arp head studs cosmic racing head gasket. Apparently the comp is 8.5 gonna try and check it myself but the internals are there it’s just never ran on boost. You might have even seen the ad it was in lake worth Florida. My question is what standalone could I run or to save money can I just go str8 Honda computer and wiring and take it to genesis? Tryina save money but at the same time get a good ass setup to get the most out of the build once I boost and break it in.
Honda setup on a 20v is cheaper and way easier then a 16v.. I still recommend a stand alone like haltec.. but doing either setups could cost the same or close to it
@@lonedawg90 I dont really plan on it honestly.. It was a set goal to prove the world 7afe bottom end could sustain some torcher.. that it would not fail so easily at 350whp or even 500 as world preached for so long in the 90s till about 2014 I say people changed heart. I honestly could easily make more power.. alot of people tell me. even my tuners both criticized my weak ebay turbos and both have stated from how the engine sounds and reacts " man there's alot more power potential from this engine if you upgrade just the turbo to a real turbo ".. I believe them but the car was a test subject. Now it drives 10 times out the year and is mostly parked due to issues or maintenance.
Hey chris what's your thoughts supercharger from a 4agze and head on a 7a block I'm thinking about maybe using a link ecu and possibly turbo cams. I want to mostly do street driving and a couple races but more of a fun car
7agze ilwill be funnstreet car but just avoid stock toyota supercharger setup.. its really bad compared to modern newer supercharger equipment.. the turbo cams will give you lots of midrange and instant throttle power soon you hit the accelerator.. it will be a street drivability and peppy for quick runs
@@holdmywetnutz yeah man I'm thinking about a Eton m45 supercharger from a Mercedes Benz and making it fit to the sc12 mounting brackets and maybe using a Ebay intercooler. But I'm only wanting 8 to 10 psi for the street I don't want to push the 7a rods to hard.
@@kevingaraway6494 there's some Japanese ebay affordable rods called maxspeeding rods. for under 300$ that would insure your engine block and protect your pockets 😉
@@batgirlfan148 yeah that's safe limit.. I heard rumors they shatter after 9k high boost.. I personally never pushed them that hard. Took to dang long to get hot for my blood..
@@holdmywetnutz i don’t really like push that limit because i want stay with a safety motor and enjoy all the event! With a good condition motor and win a couples race 🤷🏻♂️
Straight fax bruh you gotta pay to play God Bless
ThanKS for watching 😃

Straight up facts Bro.....how's the Corolla going now?
I have it still she's been in garage for sometime.. saving uo for a upgrade on engine monitoring vitals
@@holdmywetnutz hey, are you gonna increase the power output
