Yes it can. Any body parts are interchangeable between ph1 and 2. With the front end, if you want the Ph2 headlights, you need to change the front bumper too because of the teardrops on the ph2 headlights
@@ZGVlogs thanks man 👍 I got a good deal on a phase 1 so I bought it but I really wanna swap the front and rear bumper to the phase 2 ones. So the front bumper will fit as long as I change the headlights too?

Prefer the phase 2 slightly more. I had the phase one Sr model. Miss that car.. Was still going strong after 160,000 miles on clock
