Why do people apply to places they don’t want to go to? I understand the concept of safeties but surely there are safeties out there that you would be pleased to get into.
i mean if you get into a school you want to go to, it's not guaranteed you're going there...there are a lot of factors such as pricing, location, listening to parents, etc.
