Because this is the time frame for testing and making improvements before being sent out to everyone. Allowing everyone to see them being tested shows that BH and Xfly are serious about providing a quality product out of the box.
the things that i hate , during a demo who ever it may be ,they talk to much during a demo ,playing music during a demo, not speaking into the microphone( very low voice)can barely hear you. enough said moving on.

The airframes out there are test airframes and quality control. Their job is to find issues to get fixed before they are in our hands the consumer.

Maybe turn up your Volume? The microphone 🎤 is on my collar. I just checked the audio again.
