I still remember the time when I used to be a little kid and used to wait the whole day just for Mr Bean . Mr Bean was not just a show it was a very vital part of everyone’s life, no matter if one knows English or not this show made everyone from young to old laugh.

It's not only his mastery at comedy. It's the ability he has to decompress you, make you feel relaxed and forget about all the shitty things in your life while watching him. A good, pure feeling of "everything will be fine" goes through me every time I watch the episodes. Thank you Mr Atkinson for this funny, perfect medicine for the soul!

It's funny to think that many years ago he tried this out on a non English speaking audience to see how they would react.
As an Iraqi I agree, back in days we used to rent VCD and watch Mr. Bean with the family.
I can watch these videos for hours, and actively laugh out loud at the brilliant writing and amazing performances by Mr Atkinson.

I've been watching these for half of my life. He still has unbeatable comic timing and mime.
Seems about right. Except for the Mr.B. I was also surprised this show had only a few episodes, while those seemed like an eternity to me. Press it's because he's eternal.
@@mr.anti-hero4398 Maybe since there was 15 episodes with each having 2 or 3 segments in each of them, made it seem more. There were also bonus episodes that were released on DVD.

Matilda Zeigler was brilliant in Mr Bean too, not only as his long suffering "love interest" but as a few other characters too in early episodes, like the Mum with baby in this one. They really do work well together

These two "rare" clips were previously released on VHS and DVD. The first one is from the pilot and the second one is from "Mr. Bean Rides Again".

In one of the the episodes I read a comment that the person would in those days would go to school, play and see Mr.Bean and had no tensions in life. I am Indian and I too would make a similar comment. In 90s few good serials were telecasted here which we all as a family would sit together and enjoy.

these 2 sketches are deleted scenes. both were released as extras on VHS releases and never shown on TV. I remember watching these sketches on video/DVD all the time back in the 90's, but alot of ppl here are saying they've never seen them before. so i guess maybe you couldn't get these on video or DVD outside the UK before the days of the internet

I always wait for bonus scenes like this in every episode of mr.bean and never take a disc to the early but not every episode always have. It seems like only these two bonus scenes that I remember because I watched in childhood Ahaha

there's a deleted scene from "Do it yourself Mr Bean" that was never on video, but can be found on the internet now as a bonus scene. It has Mr Bean going to buy an armchair and I think he accidentally traps a woman in the mechanism (been a while since I've seen it) although some versions of the episode aired that sketch, so I don't know if it will be a bonus scene for you or not.
I remember watching Mr Bean with my family at my grandparents at Christmas in the 90's. Wonderful times.
