Too bad it wasnt really him skating though.But all the car stunts in the series is actually him and in the Johnny English movies. He used his own cars to perform the stunts as well! And has been Knighted by the Queen of England. The man has accomplished quite a lot in his life!
You put a British comic icon and British Ice Dancing legends together and what do you get? Sheer entertainment genius.! This shows just what good sports Torvill and Dean are. I wonder who came up with the idea. Absolutely brilliant.
We had a power cut in 1995 and missed this sketch, it wasn't until I bought the DVD boxset almost 20-something years later that I first saw it. Glad youtube now has it too!
