If you have an Apple Watch you can connect to your phone and see what your phone camera sees and you can use your watch as a clicker! Also helps when you want to adjust your poses, it’s freaking amazing!!!!

As a photographer, I like taking lower angles having the camera look up. Of course it all depends on the pose and mood. It works well with cosplays that are strong characters.

K C Idk about that... the quality of my 8 drives me crazy every single day since my friend sent me the pictures she took with her iPhone x from one of our Disney trips about a year ago lol. And it’s not only when taking selfies (I rarely take pictures of myself anymore), it’s literally pictures of just about everything.. especially my poor dog lol I probably say “this camera sucks” at least once daily
wizard my grandma has a 7 plus and i works really nicely. 7 and above have good cameras. but the best are usually the ones that have come out in the last 2 years (x, xs, xr, 11, 11 pro, 11 pro-max) the iphone xr is really nice, and is a little cheaper compared to the 11’s (it’s still over $500 though :/)

I actually got the remote control because it was part of a set I wanted with the tripod and some cell phone lenses. I was aiming to get the set for my crafts, and the remote was something I didn't think I'd need... and now I love it.

NATIII this was such a different and cool vid 💖There's a cellphone mount for the tripod that costs like 3 dollars online too! Also on AliExpress that tripod is less than 6 dollars with free shipping on the US so like it save a budget

My two cents: As someone who's a guilty timer-lover (cause I don't have a remote for my camera, no I don't use my phone) I feel like it helps having the camera take multiple shots and not really planning any poses ahead to make the photo more relaxed. The best shots I get is when I don't think and just do. Also I usually shoot in abandoned industrial buildings so I do have less pressure whenever I shoot, which is pretty crucial for this advice as this method is more time consuming! 🙌

Feel you on the low angle shots. Being tall has its perks but also disadvantages. Even when asking a friend or even a stranger to snap that "perfect" shot it never really turns out as imagined because of height difference. Tripods can definately assist!!!

Tbh that remote for the phone camera seems WAYYYYY better than having someone else take the photo. Not only do you know the right time to take it better than a timer, but imo it's just as bad when it's someone else taking the pictures.
The tripod is cool too.. but that remote is the real gem here 😍

I love this one! I love photography tips, like actually good helpful ones like yours, because I suck. I have no confidence so these help me feel like I have a chance lol. Could you maybe, if you haven't, do a photography video on how to make yourself look slimmer? I have a smaller frame, but a bit of a belly, and would like not to look huge in my photos.
I need a stand sometimes but my phone is really cool and I can say cheese and it takes a picture. Thats just the best feature ever tho. I can't get over it. (I just found this out lol)
