the Mindstone is not the source of her power, it only amplified it many times over.
she showed she had abilities as a child and the only reason her and her brother didnt die, like everyone else Hydra exposed to the infinity stone, is because of whatever genetic mutation they share in their DNA.
I probably should’ve clarified more in the video, but since that was a revelation that was provided in wandavision i intentionally ignored it for the sake of ranking her based on what we see in the infinity saga! Prior to phase 4 there was no hint of her mutant dna all we were told was that exposure to the mind stone through experimentation gave her and her brother powers! When i do a video on the scarlet witch of phase 4+ hopefully we get even more details regarding the nature of her abilities and I’ll be sure to include it👌🏿

her telekinesis (when suffering from extreme emotion) seems stronger than hulk's angriest strength (so far).
