I'm sorry, I don't know what the issue is. I just checked after seeing your message, and it all seems to be working on my end, the sound is coming in clear, so I don't quite know what the issue would be. The only think I can think of to recommend is downloading it through the UA-cam Downloader. I could re-upload it, but I don't know if that would help or not, and that's the only sound complaint I see for this episode.

I just want to say that I can hear it while watching it on my phone. I'm still having trouble with hearing it on my laptop, though. Odd.
