  • Patrik & I went all the way to New Zealand to challenge ourselves hunting for a Red stag deer through the roar. This DIY hunt is what we planned for several months and we did it! Awesome experience and lifetime memories we can share with you
Great help from Heli Rural (Scott) his website if you like to do a hunt like this.
www.helirural.... who chose the best location for us.

    Nice! work team
it's refreshing to see you come to NZ & actually go hunting feral deer on public land this is hunting, unlike others who go collecting shooting pet stags on farms/safaris.

      Thank you for watching,
Yes we like hunting and do it a right way, work for the animal and do a fair chase.it’s hunting not catching.
New Zealand is absolutely beautiful, with great people and awesome opportunities for hunting and outdoors

Yes I agree. Really refreshing to see Guests coming and hunting true wild animals as we kiwis do. Well done, you both deserve your Stags and Tahr. Far more rewarding than the game park hunts we see too often. Congratulations!

The Red Deer (Cervus elaphus) is a large deer native to Europe, it is the fourth largest extant deer species belonging to the genus Cervus and the fifth largest deer alive today, there are in fact over ten recognized red deer subspecies under two subspecies groups, which are the Cervus elaphus hippelaphus group (Southern Red Deer) that contains the Crimean Red Deer (Cervus elaphus brauneri), the Pannonian Red Deer (Cervus elaphus pannoniensis), the Alpine Red Deer (Cervus elaphus hippelaphus), the Mesola Red Deer (Cervus elaphus italicus), and the Iberian Red Deer (Cervus elaphus hispanicus) and the Cervus elaphus elaphus group (Northern Red Deer) that contains the Swedish Red Deer (Cervus elaphus elaphus), the Norwegian Red Deer (Cervus elaphus atlanticus), the Scottish Red Deer (Cervus elaphus scoticus), the English Red Deer (Cervus elaphus englandensis), and the Irish Red Deer (Cervus elaphus hibernicus).

      I would say yes,
But honestly that would be the question to ask Scott the heli pilot.
He was the one who choose the places for us.
      Thank you for watching
