Yes l had Bali belly a few times, now l take travelan tablets 2 weeks before l go and while we are there l take a tablet about hour or so before l eat . One tablets before all your meals

I love Bali, I go every year and I take some good quality probiotics for the month before I travel and I’ve never had Bali belly, hopefully this tip helps you in the future :)
