Love the video! I really enjoy it when people know what they're talking about, especially want to comes to a Tesla and this topic. A few things I would like to point out to everyone who sees this. -Most EV owners wont need charging outside of home, who have a NEMA 14-50 charging outlet (charging hardware comes with the vehicle), especially when the average daily commute is 50-ish miles a day, and that the Model S and X and III have such a long range. You will only need to top off that part you used on the battery pack. But, if you need charging outside of home, there are multiple ways of charging (as pointed out in the video), and this will continue to grow as time goes on. -Do not be afraid to charge to 100%. This is harmless to the battery pack, regardless of what Tesla says. HOWEVER... if you do charge to absolutely 100%, you want to use (drive) that right away within no more than 30 minutes. Max charging is actually very healthy for the pack, as it goes into battery balance mode towards that last little bit that it takes to fully charge it. This equalizes all of the cells in each pack in the actual battery pack (yes im talking about two different types of packs). It tops them off and make sure that each cell is healthy, and most of the people who max charge to 100% at least twice a month, actually see very little battery degradation amongst others who do not. -DO NOT leave the Tesla at a low state of charge. It makes me cringe to see an EV sitting at 3% or less. Also very bad and can degradate pack faster. Don't want that. -A plugged in Tesla is a happy Tesla. Whether it's 100° outside, or 0° outside, when the Model S,X, & III is / are plugged in, it maintains the battery pack temperature to an optimal level. Lithium-Ion cells like to be around 70-something degrees, and don't like frigid cold or inferno hot temperatures. So even if your Tesla is done charging, or doesn't need a charge, plug it in and set it to 15-20 A so it can make itself happy, thus making you happy. :) Please upload more and more videos of your Tesla! Be part of the future, and you may actually sell someone a Tesla by answering one question that's keeping them from Buying one. You never know! Plus is so cool to see more of the Tesla Model S :)
Mike Anthony Autosports What would you suggest as the absolute minimum battery percentage? Just wondering as I was never informed about this even though I always keep mine between 40% to 85%.
PkmmteXeleon I wouldn't say anything of an absolute minimum. Obviously enough to get to some type of charging lol. Another thing thats awful for the battery pack is leaving it sit at a low state of charge (like 5% or below). If you are driving and it gets low but you plug it in, you carry on like you normally do :) Extended time to sit maybe 2-5 days, id say have at least 30-35% if you can.
OK, you must be a professional video/television poducer. AWESOME everything. I loaded your video to the Atlanta Tesla Fan Group and the Model 3 groups on facebook. Great work !
Aww thanks so much for sharing my video! Means a lot :) And yep you're right! I've had a passion for making videos since I was a teenager. Started out as a production assistant in TV, then a producer, and then I switched gears and transitioned to video editing for online video departments for a couple different corporations. I finally retired from Corporate America this year in order to work on my own video projects and company :)
As someone that knows a LOT about Teslas, I was pleasantly surprised! My home is in Atlanta, too. I opted for a high powered wall connector and a NEMA 14-50 (and did the same for my parents' place, in another state).
Yay!! Lol I was *slightly* nervous to put this video together because I knew there would be a lot of people out there who know a lot about Teslas who might see this. So I'm thrilled that you enjoyed it! I tried to make sure it was as informative and accurate as possible. Also, nice to hear from a fellow Atlantan!
Great video guys - very nice production value, as usual, and very informative. Wow, that's a great deal you have for the home charging! Is that plan a common thing with your local utilities or did you have to switch to a special green energy supplier? I called my local electric (hydro) company in Canada and they don't offer any EV incentive plans, unfortunately.
It's still not as good of a deal as you have, but our electric company just dropped their off-peak rates from 7.7 cents/kWh to 6.5 cents so charging will be even cheaper now. I should be saving a good $200 per month in gas. :) Owning a Tesla just keeps getting better and better, and I don't even have mine yet! Not to mention, they gave me a free upgrade to smart air suspension since it wasn't included when I ordered.
Thanks so much Pete! 😁 Thought I'd help provide some info, because I know I personally had so many questions myself before I bought a Tesla and charging costs was a big one!
Nice Ashley!!! You should do a cost comparison with gasoline engine cars to show the cost savings too. That would really get people onboard the Electric car revolution 😁
Thank you Ashley. A really helpful guide to charging that has answered a few questions. I have a Model 3 reservation ... but live in the UK ... anticipating delivery around Q2 or Q3 2019. Bit of a long wait, but more time to save up the cash to pay for all those premium extras and the greater mileage option.
Thanks so much! Glad you found it helpful :-) And I agree - the wait is long, but it's a good way to save up the money for your purchase! That's what we did too. We waited and saved up the money for it and then bought it.
Ashley awesome and helpful. This is one of the best video productions I've ever seen. Very entertaining Go girl!! Keep it up. I hope to get a Tesla S once they improve the interior! I'll definitely use you as reference. I would love to see a video giving an inside and outside review of the car. What you think about the driving experience and the quality of the materials inside, why you choose white seats and how they are holding up in regards to marks, dirt etc. Thanks. Looking forward to the next.
Hey and thanks so much for the compliments! I love your idea! Will absolutely do a video about that, thanks for the suggestion. Adding it my list of video topics to cover. 💕
So roughly $.06 / mi. For the charging, and $.10-.15 for Gasoline. Based on 30 MPG at $3.00/gal in CA. However most Premium cars take High Grade fuel hence the $.15 variant.
Hi, hope you are doing great with your Tesla. I think it was fun and comprehensive. The costs about being cheaper or not for the charging fees are interesting I think. Anyways have a perfect continuation. Take care!
It should also be mentioned that the Supercharger fees are charged after the fact (you don't need to prepay to use them), and that the cost is at or close to the local electricity cost. This is vastly different than other networks (i.e. Chargepoint), that charge for the electricity, the amortized cost of the charging station, a "connection fee", and their profit. All of these fees add up to make them very expensive and more than double that of a gas car. And you have to pre-pay to use the stations, and if you are unable to (trust me, they are very unreliable), you are not charging/going anywhere.
+Ashley Renne: Travel Lushes -- You're welcome. Caveat: // That "sweet-spot" (charging and discharging to the center 40% of the battery's whole) is only suggestively approximal; not a hard limit. For example: // Batteries momentarily can and should be used to their fullest, as needed, provided that prolonged diminished state of battery charge is not durational. In other words, recharge promptly when very low, and begin your travel within minutes of maxing 100%.
Nicely done, Ashley! Hopefully you can expand on that GA Power (?) $0.01/kWh deal you referenced in the video. Do you have to pay to be part of that program or just sign up because you have an EV? How do they know you're using it to charge your car vs running your central home AC overnight, for example?
I love your Tesla videos. I’m trying to figure out (or rather) I have fired out which model I’d like to own. For me it’s the Model X. With a husband like a linebacker and 2 teenage daughters taller than me, we need the room and I’m the shortest. LOL! I love the comparison video you did the the Models S and X. My question is if a person doesn’t have a power wall, and you mentioned the Nema charger how does that work? Most people on UA-cam don’t really mention that part. Not everyone has a powerwall or have it immediately installed in their home, and some people rent apartments/condos/homes. Thanks for the feedback. I just became a subscriber today.👍🏾
Excellent video! Perfectly broke down. Be careful of necessary permits needed when having electrician install outlet. Some states, counties, or cities may require them. Just a heads up! Other than that, spot on!
Walter Payne That's a good question! We normally don't pay attention, because we just set it to start charging at night, and then it will automatically stop charging once it's done, which is sometime before we wake up the next morning.
Hi peeps! Wow, thanks so much for all your awesome comments! 💕 If you have any Tesla tips, questions, or special topic requests, just drop a comment below and I'll try to make a video about it 😘 xoxo, Ash 💋
@Manuel Lupotto - We decided that every week (most of the time), we're going to pick a topic based on a question you guys ask or a special request you make. So we just went through all the comments today and picked one to make a video about for this upcoming Saturday (8/5). We're probably going to start filming that one tomorrow 😊
Ashley Renne I commute 107 miles daily to UPS for work in Mississippi. In your professional opinion, do you think purchasing this vehicle is wise? I would definitely be using my dryer/washer outlet to charge the Tesla. I thank you in advance for your input.
Awesome video, very informative. Reserved a Model 3 and when I do get it I probably would have had a Tesla Pro. install the outlet but I know now to just find a local electrician for it. .75 cents for a full charge at home vs $30 for gas? :P Can I request that you make another video fully explaining the Model 3 base price vs all the upgrades? I will most likely pay for the Autopilot but extra costs of $5,000 and upwards is a bit confusing.
I am very impressed with the editing in this video. could you please make a video about how you do all those effects, or what editing software you use?
My wife and I are planning a trip to Bali next September. Where did you and your husband stay in Bali and if you don’t mind saying, what was the cost for the villa?
You guys are going to lovvvve Bali! It's one of my favorite places to both relax and explore. These are the 2 villas we loved: 1. Como Uma Ubud ($300 per night): ua-cam.com/video/8R9NNT08Xj0/v-deo.html Ubud is personally one of my favorite cities in Bali, because I like the cultural and holistic vibe there. There are a few different Como properties in Bali though, so I'm not sure how this one compares to the others. They are all probably nice though: www.comohotels.com/hotels-and-resorts?destination=3 If you do stay here, I recommend the Pool Villa. It's pricier than the one we stayed in but it's super romantic! We wanted that one but it was already booked. I think that room might be about $500 per night. 2. Kayumanis Private Estate & Spa in Jimbaran ($350 per night): ua-cam.com/video/4IMNqnKADgA/v-deo.html This was Karl's favorite. This is the type of villa you don't have to leave at all. You literally have everything right there. Your villa comes with a private pool and a butler you can call on for whatever you want. So they can bring food to you, a masseuse, whatever you need. It was a pretty cool experience! And just like Como, there are several different Kayumanis properties, and someone told us there was an even better Kayumanis property somewhere else in Bali (I think in Ubud). Here is a list of all the Kayumanis Bali properties: www.kayumanis.com/resort-location/
Great Video with excellent content!! I live in Metro ATL also. Which electric company do you use? I just checked my EV rates and you seem to be paying less than I am.
Hey fellow Atlantan! We use Georgia Power. On our plan, they charge 9 cents per kwh during on-peak hours, and less than 1 cent during off-peak hours. So we charge at night during off-peak hours.
Timothy Chambers Thanks for watching! I'm not sure if Tesla is going to extend the free supercharging promotion to Model 3s, but maybe they will in the future! For now, it's only available for the Model S and X.
From what I understand, the charge efficiency is not 100%, it's more like 90%. so if you put in 70kw from the pump, your battery does not retain 70kw net charge from that. More like 63. So you'd maybe want to calculate the cost as multiplying 1.1 x your local charge rate. That's what I understand, anyhow.
Thanks! I never even thought about that, but that would be cool! I think I'll create more educational videos, because this was so much fun to make. Would love to have a career in finding different ways to make teaching fun & creative 💕
Protopet Yep! We charge during off peak hours. We signed up for Georgia Power's Smart Usage Plan which gives us a super low rate when we use power during off peak hours. During on peak hours, we get charged 9 cents per kWh. During off peak hours, we are charge a little less than 1 cent per kWh.
So, how much do you save on "fuel" per month? And....how long should someone own tesla to see those fuel savings compensating the higher spendings on buying such car?
I don't think so. Someone else mentioned that to me but they said Tesla only banned people who were abusing it (for example, people who were only posting for the sole purpose of advertising their referral code).
Such a great a informative video. I love it a lot. I hope to get a Tesla S or 3 (both are practically the same but kinda leaning towards the S model since its goes faster and I don't really care what year the car. Could be 2012-2013 model and I will still be happy) in the future, its my dream car and I always wanted an electric car and not use gas. But I plan to save up to get a used one since it will be affordable than buying a brand new one or get the tesla 3 which is affordable at $35,000(maybe). And 2 questions for you, is it better to get an all wheel drive one than rear drive because people say its unsafe to drive a rear wheel drive in snow and rain? Which type of Tesla is better to get in terms of battery? Such as 75kWh, 85kWh, P100D, etc?
Hi Aisha! Thanks for your comment. 1. Never turn down the D! You never know when you'll need the D (all wheel drive). 2. Although the P100D can get expensive, it's the fastest one available if you really like speed. Whether you get a 75 or 85 or 100 will really depend on how much you drive. If your daily commute is minimum, the 75 or 85 will be enough. If you have a longer daily commute and travel extensively, I would go with the 100D "non P" because that's the one with the most range (up to 335 miles).
Hi! I use Adobe Premiere for editing, Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, and Adobe Photoshop for still graphics (like my UA-cam thumbnails). And sure! I'll do a video on editing/filming.
Lark 007 used model s is not as good as the model 3 though, that extra acceleration or free supercharging isn't very worth it, and it's extremely hard to get a $35K option
AKzebraMiner I live in a Canadian city,so I don't need a car to drag race. Also there are chargers at many places like IKEA,city buildings, and it's growing every year. I even heard some gas stations will offer chargers soon. For me, I just don't like long cars. I can't wait to see the model 3 in person.
I freaking love this channel! Just happened upon it. I will be a Tesla owner by years end and will be using your referral code. Also in Georgia and hope the tax credit still in place by then. One question, do you have access to HOV lane in Georgia or is that phased out. Saw conflicted info online.
Lot of work has gone into making this video look so slick! Great job Ashley. BTW, can you tell me which electrician you used? I live in the Atlanta area and the electricians are quoting a lot for the nema 14-50 even when I want it installed pretty close to the electrical panel.
Thank you so much for the information. I lived in Canada and electricity is very expensive here. Plus I think owning a EV is far too much trouble and it does not worth it at all. So I will stick to my old tech gasoline engine car for the distant future.
#ElectricCarSavings: At $0.15/kWh it costs $11.25 to charge a 75kW battery to 100% & have a 260mi range for a cost of $0.04 /mi. How much do you spend per mile/km in your (old school) internal combustion engine car? (A 20 MPG car @ $2.20/gal gas = $0.11/mi)(not counting oil, maint, etc) If you add a few extra solar panels to your rooftop array, charging your car at night from the excess power generated, the cost per kWh drops to under $0.04/kWh when prorated over the life of the solar panels, bringing your cost down to $0.01/mi, & clean! #NoBrainer #YouDoTheMath
Jamming360 5 Yep, even if you have unlimited supercharging. They're doing it to discourage people from taking up space at superchargers when there are others waiting.
awesomenezz15 Yep it does 😊 The fastest way to charge is supercharging. Second fastest ways are destination charging or a high power wall charger. Third fastest way is using a standard public EV charger. Slowest way is the Nema 14-50 outlet.
75cents to fully charge car' i'm giving 1 buck for the guy who fuels my tank as tip and he thinks im being cheap... you folks are nailing it, lots of great advice thanks. now.. i just gotta find 130000$ anyone cares to send me their free model s self driving car?
*Warning* Skeptical guy here , charging costs have minimum relevance when PCP monthly payments go from 800 dollars every month to almost 2000 dollars a month , I still enjoyed the video , however I feel we are ignoring the cost of purchasing a Tesla which in some cases is way more expensive than 30 cars fuel bills a month , all I could here was , FREE , FREE , FREE , FREE , when in reality Tesla ownership is anything but free
*Great instructions on how to save 60 bucks of Fuel per month* !!! . *Step 1* Request a 80k Loan *Step 2* Pay 9900 bucks deposit *Step 3* Pay 1199 bucks a month (PCP monthly) for the next 66 months . *And than Feel free to Brag about not having to pay for any fuel !!!* ***Genius ***
Tech4 Networkers Hi! From what I understand through my research, Tesla has no desire to make a profit from supercharging. The money you pay to supercharge covers what Tesla gets charged by the power provider for the area you're in. But for the most part, with an EV you'd be doing your charging at home. You'd only use a supercharger in special situations where you need to charge really quickly (like on a road trip). That's the only time we've ever used a supercharger so far. 😊
Wow, I feel like I just watched an official how to guide from Tesla themselves. Great production skills!
Well that's quite a compliment, thank you! 😘
D aww thanks! I appreciate that 💕 Lol, that would be amazing if Tesla ever contacted us.
D good idea :-D I'll see if I can get on their radar! 🎬
Gray Thanks so much! 😗
That was both informative and entertaining, nice job!
Carlton Wilson thanks so much Carlton! So glad you found it both useful and fun to watch! 😁😇
GIRL! This is SO GOOD. Tesla needs you as their spokesperson!!!!!! xo
Haha thanks!! That would be insanely cool 💕
First time I've ever gotten a clearer answer on that question. Usually it is something vague
Nonya Bizwax Yay! So happy I could help shed some light on it. 😘
That was well put together.....just like your good self!👏
Con O'Grady aww you're so sweet, thank you! 😘😘
Production value on point!! Way to go Ashley, this is a great video for Tesla owners
Thank you Dan! 💕
I've watched this 3x already because it's so informative, also I really like the animations. Great job, Tesla should hire you!
I watched it 3 times cause she so pretty :)
Yay!! So glad you found it helpful 💕 That was my goal. To make an educational video that was also fun to watch.

Thanks Mike! I'd be happy to :-D
Great video Ashley!! I feel so honored that my question sparked such an intense video that was superbly done. Keep up the good work.
Yes!! Thanks so much for your great question! It was a very good one that I think a lot of people probably have, so I hope this video helps answer it.
I can't afford one, but thank u very much u r sweet ... heading to buy a lottery ticket
I still have hope that Teslas will become more affordable! 💕

Excellent video! Perfectly broke down. Be careful of necessary permits needed when having electrician install outlet. Some states, counties, or cities may require them. Just a heads up! Other than that, spot on!
That's a great tip, thanks for sharing! You're absolutely right about that.
I don't know if you mentioned this already or in another video, but how long does it take to fully charge your Tesla at home?
Walter Payne That's a good question! We normally don't pay attention, because we just set it to start charging at night, and then it will automatically stop charging once it's done, which is sometime before we wake up the next morning.
Hi peeps! Wow, thanks so much for all your awesome comments! 💕 If you have any Tesla tips, questions, or special topic requests, just drop a comment below and I'll try to make a video about it 😘
xoxo,
Ash 💋
Ashley Renne: Travel Lushes Do you already know what your next Tesla video will be about? Or are you just waiting for advices?
@Manuel Lupotto - We decided that every week (most of the time), we're going to pick a topic based on a question you guys ask or a special request you make. So we just went through all the comments today and picked one to make a video about for this upcoming Saturday (8/5). We're probably going to start filming that one tomorrow 😊
Ashley Renne I commute 107 miles daily to UPS for work in Mississippi. In your professional opinion, do you think purchasing this vehicle is wise? I would definitely be using my dryer/washer outlet to charge the Tesla. I thank you in advance for your input.
Thanks for this info
Bhupesh Baberwal You're welcome 😊 Thanks for watching!
Terrific energy. Very informative. Is it possible to charge at home with a solar system?
Josh Nova Thank you! And yes it is possible 😊
Very informative. Thanks!
No problem at all! So happy to hear you found it useful 😊
wow great presentation on video outstanding love the info
Thanks Robert =) Happy you liked the info! 💕
Awesome video, very informative. Reserved a Model 3 and when I do get it I probably would have had a Tesla Pro. install the outlet but I know now to just find a local electrician for it. .75 cents for a full charge at home vs $30 for gas? :P
Can I request that you make another video fully explaining the Model 3 base price vs all the upgrades? I will most likely pay for the Autopilot but extra costs of $5,000 and upwards is a bit confusing.
In Utah we pay half what CA does for electric. Funny thing is Utah sells a huge part of it's electric to CA.
Commander Zero Wow! Lol poor Cali 🙈
These are the 2 villas we loved:
1. Como Uma Ubud ($300 per night): ua-cam.com/video/8R9NNT08Xj0/v-deo.html
Ubud is personally one of my favorite cities in Bali, because I like the cultural and holistic vibe there. There are a few different Como properties in Bali though, so I'm not sure how this one compares to the others. They are all probably nice though: www.comohotels.com/hotels-and-resorts?destination=3
If you do stay here, I recommend the Pool Villa. It's pricier than the one we stayed in but it's super romantic! We wanted that one but it was already booked. I think that room might be about $500 per night.
2. Kayumanis Private Estate & Spa in Jimbaran ($350 per night): ua-cam.com/video/4IMNqnKADgA/v-deo.html
This was Karl's favorite.
Great editing, you should do a video on your gear/setup.
That's a great idea! I'll add that to my list of videos to make. Thanks so much for the suggestion 💕
Great production, going for the M3 how about using your code?
Timothy Chambers Thanks for watching! I'm not sure if Tesla is going to extend the free supercharging promotion to Model 3s, but maybe they will in the future! For now, it's only available for the Model S and X.
From what I understand, the charge efficiency is not 100%, it's more like 90%. so if you put in 70kw from the pump, your battery does not retain 70kw net charge from that. More like 63. So you'd maybe want to calculate the cost as multiplying 1.1 x your local charge rate. That's what I understand, anyhow.
Well explained, a career in teaching awaits you!;-)
Thanks! I never even thought about that, but that would be cool! I think I'll create more educational videos, because this was so much fun to make. Would love to have a career in finding different ways to make teaching fun & creative 💕
For home charging, do you charge off-peak or have a special EV plan with utility company?
Protopet Yep! We charge during off peak hours. We signed up for Georgia Power's Smart Usage Plan which gives us a super low rate when we use power during off peak hours. During on peak hours, we get charged 9 cents per kWh. During off peak hours, we are charge a little less than 1 cent per kWh.
Ashley Renne: Travel Lushes do you have solar panels/roof and a Powerwall at home?
agree with others. great video, professionally done and presented. Thanks for being a positive Tesla ambassador. :)
ram 1901 Thank you! ❤️
So, how much do you save on "fuel" per month? And....how long should someone own tesla to see those fuel savings compensating the higher spendings on buying such car?
Didn't Tesla ban UA-camrs from showing referral codes directly on the screen?
If you have a longer daily commute and travel extensively, I would go with the 100D "non P" because that's the one with the most range (up to 335 miles).
thank you so much
Hey Ashley, what video editing software do you use and can you do a video on editing your videos?
Hi! I use Adobe Premiere for editing, Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, and Adobe Photoshop for still graphics (like my UA-cam thumbnails). And sure! I'll do a video on editing/filming.
Awesome job! 👌
Thanks Shawn! 😊
Did you see the model 3 event last night?
courtney Vegan it was a little underwhelming in my opinion.
Lark 007 I wished it was done in daylight so the cars could be seen better. But I liked what I saw. In Canada,it a 2 year wait.
courtney Vegan wow, that's a while. Might as well by a base Model S.
Excellent information.
Thank you! 💕
Vidya Shankar Subramanian Hi and thank you! We used this company:
www.tecertifiedelectricians.com/
And the guy's name was Brad.
Ashley Renne thank you so much. I assume you got it installed with a 50 amp breaker and not a 30 amp breaker?
Awesome informative video👍👍
This was awesome!!
I loved and shared your video! Subscribed too. :D
sanjuansteve Thanks so much for sharing and subscribing! 💙💙
Awesome information! Thanks
You're welcome! Thanks for watching!
great video, very informative. reserved a Tesla 3 for release in UK. Keep sharing your experience.
Awesome!! I know you're so excited to get your Tesla. You'll love it 😊
Thank you so much for the information. I lived in Canada and electricity is very expensive here. Plus I think owning a EV is far too much trouble and it does not worth it at all. So I will stick to my old tech gasoline engine car for the distant future.
Tom Chan No problem 😊 Glad you enjoyed the video. That's unfortunate that electricity is so expensive over there!
I like the rack holding up your mobile connector at 6:01. Do you mind sharing where you got this?
Hi Norris! It's a water bottle cage that we bought off Amazon: amzn.to/2wM0rXf
Great info!
Tesla needs to hire you to make how to videos for Tesla owners.
Jason Green that would be awesome! 💕💕
#ElectricCarSavings:
At $0.15/kWh it costs $11.25 to charge a 75kW battery to 100% & have a 260mi range for a cost of $0.04 /mi.
How much do you spend per mile/km in your (old school) internal combustion engine car? (A 20 MPG car @ $2.20/gal gas = $0.11/mi)(not counting oil, maint, etc)
If you add a few extra solar panels to your rooftop array, charging your car at night from the excess power generated, the cost per kWh drops to under $0.04/kWh when prorated over the life of the solar panels, bringing your cost down to $0.01/mi, & clean!
#NoBrainer #YouDoTheMath
Is the free super charge for life still a thing??
What if u live in an apartment and u want to charge ur Tesla what do u do
cool
Very nice
Thanks guys! 😁
Where do you live because less than 0.01 cent per kwh it's amaizing
Diart Maqastena yeah! It's pretty awesome! I live in Atlanta and I use Georgia Power.
Will you get idle fees if you have unlimited supercharging
Jamming360 5 Yep, even if you have unlimited supercharging. They're doing it to discourage people from taking up space at superchargers when there are others waiting.
But doesn't it charge slower if you use that standard outlet?
awesomenezz15 Yep it does 😊 The fastest way to charge is supercharging. Second fastest ways are destination charging or a high power wall charger. Third fastest way is using a standard public EV charger. Slowest way is the Nema 14-50 outlet.
I will love to know maintenance behind tesla model s.
Joseph Dan Good topic 😊 We'll add that our list of videos to make
Since a Nissan Altima SR 2017 cost 28-33K dollars and model 3 will be around the same price.. I'm totally in next year on this EV wave.. 😏
Nice!
Charging efficiency 90% so batterysize/0.9*kwhcost.
75cents to fully charge car' i'm giving 1 buck for the guy who fuels my tank as tip and he thinks im being cheap... you folks are nailing it, lots of great advice thanks. now.. i just gotta find 130000$ anyone cares to send me their free model s self driving car?
When are you planning your trip to California?
Christmas :)
I’m looking forward to your trip! Hope you make lots of videos and lots of stops along the way!
Can i supercharge my brain to do massive fucking math?!
Great video
*Warning* Skeptical guy here , charging costs have minimum relevance when PCP monthly payments go from 800 dollars every month to almost 2000 dollars a month , I still enjoyed the video , however I feel we are ignoring the cost of purchasing a Tesla which in some cases is way more expensive than 30 cars fuel bills a month ,
all I could here was , FREE , FREE , FREE , FREE , when in reality Tesla ownership is anything but free
*Great instructions on how to save 60 bucks of Fuel per month* !!!
.
*Step 1* Request a 80k Loan
*Step 2* Pay 9900 bucks deposit
*Step 3* Pay 1199 bucks a month (PCP monthly) for the next 66 months
.
*And than Feel free to Brag about not having to pay for any fuel !!!*
***Genius ***
What options do you have on your model S?
Fishers Exotics! Hi there. We have the enhanced autopilot and full self driving options.
How much is for the car???????
Supercharger
California- $0.20
Texas- $0.08
And why do people live in California again?
corderajones Haha! I want to move to Cali, but the only thing that always stops me is the cost of living out there.
Model S, 3, X. Soon they'll be adding the Model Y for S3XY.
LOL! 😂
I fear there's allot of people buying a car which might cost up to 2000 dollars a month to save *60 bucks of fuel a month*
I'm Sorry a video like this turns me off from a Tesla . Not free
I see prices going up
Tech4 Networkers Hi! 😊
Less than 1cent off peak home charging... holy cow. ....
I thought only white people could afford Teslas! You've given me hope.
LOL 😂 nope
Correction: The Tesla Wall Connector.
Sweeeet!
