Kody is not going to agree to equal division. He & Robyn jointly are on the deeds to about 10.3 ac. He isn't going to willingly give that up. Even if he keeps a lot he will keep the largest (the one he already has title to) then divide the sale of the other lots per title he & Robyn would still get half of what they sale for. Or, they counted a blanket 25% monthly child support payment and he still qualified in terms of debt to income ratios. Once the wives get a judgement against him they can then they can go after him

It’s seems like there should be records of down payments and monthly payments along with the final payments to pay it off. Whatever percentage paid by each person should be their portion received after the sell. There should also be bank records of the equity earned by each Janelle’s and Meri’s Las Vegas homes that was put back into the family pot, so they should be entitled to that money back from Kody and Robyn. If the family pot is primarily what was earned from TLC, that should be divided four ways as they all participated on the show. Easy peasy… 😵💫

You made a very good point about the signatures. In this season Meri stated that she had nothing to do with the division of the plots at coyote pass and had no knowledge of how exactly it was done. That Kody had done all that. Which might actually infer that she did not sign. Interesting.

I think it's funny that he now claims to have purchased one lot by himself. Yet he's still willing to split the total by 4. He doesn't seem like someone to give his lot away. He probably paid for the lot himself using money that belonged to the family.
It’s seems like there should be records of down payments and monthly payments along with the final payments to pay it off. Whatever percentage paid by each person should be their portion received after the sell. There should also be bank records of the equity earned by each Janelle’s and Meri’s Las Vegas homes that was put back into the family pot, so they should be entitled to that money back from Kody and Robyn. If the family pot is primarily what was earned from TLC, that should be divided four ways as they all participated on the show. Easy peasy… 😵💫
Janelle had a real estate license.. I feel like this had to be done without her approval because why would you let the property be set up that way... she'd know better.. she trusted too much and now she's figuring it out.

A judge needs to do away with whatever bullshit property lines Kody made up, assign a forensics accountant to follow all the money from incomes and the sales of homes, and just match it percentage to percentage.
The reason lots are not on sale yet….Kody trying to scheme how Robin can get revenue off sale or marriage is rocky and may end in divorce. Does Robyn know what she signed? Is Kody trying to deceive her too in case she wants a divorce and made sure to include clause of not sharing profits with her? After all, she paid nothing towards the lots so he’s okay with hogging the profits.
I know it's way more complicated then this but if Kody doesn't want to sell instead of him keeping some and paying his x partners, just make one division 2/3 and 1/3 and let Kody keep his one third and let Meri and Janelle sell the other two thirds. Then take him to court over the other money's he has stole from them. Let him go to jail and sell his home if he has commited forgery or fraud.
J and M should tell them, either they get all of coyote pass and call it even or theyre getting lawyers and financial investigators involved to secure what theyre owed (family pot money and deposit on the mcmansion)

You know there is something so cringy about Robins whining and tragic sighing. And kody the grifter is just reprehensible in his anger, his selfishness and his greed. I hope these two no longer are on the show after this year. I am sick to death of them.
