I saw this performance when it first aired on Jools all those years ago and i immediately LOVED the band. Got the album and it SLAPS! Was obsessed with a live full set they uploaded too from the US. Love their voices, the image, the guys are bloody brilliant too. Such good chemistry!
I 1st saw Lucius back in, I think it was, October of 2013 in a tiny little club called The White Rabbit Cabaret here in Indianapolis. And they were absolutely spellbindingly brilliant. Blew the roof off of the place. One of my absolute favorite bands of all time. I'll be 59 in a few weeks. So I've seen quite a few bands over the years. They are right there at the top of my list of bands to see live. So good.
One of my favorite things about Later is that the other bands are back in the shadows grooving as the featured artist is performing and in this case, they all definitely were.
You know I can't recall of having heared that song, but now I just fell in love with it.....a definite keep in my favorite playlist. I've been earing it in loops...
I've searched for this video for YEARS. Thanks so much for sharing it -- it's like seeing the first photo I ever took of the man who ended up being my husband.
They helped with a band song by the name of The War on Drugs. Their vocals truly helped make it a hit song. Now everyone is interested in them. Google the song "I don't live here anymore" and it will explain everything. 😊 Cheers.

Jess and Holly are wonderful singers and songwriters. The sound those three dudes get is so cool.

What a rare treat to see a 10-year-old video for the first time! Great performance - very crisp. Love those 60s mod looks🔥

Beautiful Performance!
Wow, this song suddenly has a whole new meaning! 😂❤🎉💯
I remember watching this when it was broadcast 👌🏽🫶🏼
Nice, missed this one a decade ago. Why it's popping up now have no idea, but no complaints. Dope tune.
