you do realize that you can gain speed while in a manual just by moving around in a circle?
i guess the real challenge is how long you can endure
so theoretically, you can do this challenge anywhere on the map if given the time

No bailing (but getting off your board is allowed),
No ollies and
Only on these two routes:
A: The sewer/ditch (easy)
B: The road (harder)

To do this manual. Just go to the pipe in the air that leads to the miracle bowl. Then when your inside of the pipe, just go around in a circle while
doing a manual. (Going in kind of a loop de loop sorta)
