      @@MPS2627 ”My history” - what does that mean? “Black” as if from Africa? If that’s what you are on about, you are wrong. Scandinavia has been populated since the icecap withdrew, and the population can be followed like pearls on a string from back then until today. Not only do DNA tests form ancient skeletons from oak coffins or burial mounds dating back to Bronze Age, through Iron Age and during Viking Age (many still with blond hair in the graves) bog bodies, braid offerings show who they were (and still is), but also writings dating back to ancient Rome describing the Scandinavians in details; long before the Viking Age even started. Then there are all the descriptions during Viking Age, also lots of writings about psychical appearance. Also all the statues; dating back to Scandinavian Bronze Age - that’s 3700 years ago - and up until today, and later, old paintings. There is not any signs of Africans - or other cultures besides the Scandinavian - anywhere. I would like to know what you are on about.

      @@Randi-k6m lol, bro I am a living representation of the original people of the planet, Scandinavia included. Those bones are from the enki experiment. Bluetooth was black bro. Stop it, even the higher up whites know this, it is only the low level knowledge whites who don't and want to hold on to privilege. Bro all I do is research, whites are the recessive Gene compared to blacks. I can stare directly into the sun whites can't thus the shades. Js..

      @@MPS2627 So, you are ignoring evidence. Perhaps you can tell me when Europeans shifted colour from black to white, did that happen overnight….. ??? When, and how and why??? "Bro all I do is research" that is a very big lie because if it wasn’t, you would know history. Perhaps you should ask black historians. You seem to have a big problem with your skin colour, perhaps you need some help; one thing you are NOT suffering from, is logic. Perhaps it would help you to start study African history.

    My Family/tribe has this tradition for ancient oral traditions. (One feather can of course turn into 5 chickens, I'm well aware of that). I have been Asatru and Christian my whole life. When i got baptized as baby i got a Mjølner/Thors' Hammer in silver in a silver necklace like a amulet. I have never weared a cross but that amulet and im confirmed and go to church often. I have even baptized some.
    Just want to add some:

Odin is the only of the Norse Gods who talked about a higher "God" (call it what u want), cause he have seen and knows. Thats why he is the God of wisdom and the king of the Norse Gods. Ty Harald! Be aware of "Odinists". They worship demonic representations and images of the Nordic gods. They are manipulated by the Giants. The Nordic gods stand for all that is good, law and order, while the giants stand for the chaotic and satanic. It is because they have gathered their faith in a toxic place. In some prison culture that is actually rooted in Nazi nonsense. Those "Odinists" hates Christianity and thinks they are Vikings and the Norse Gods r there ancestors... Thats BS. The Norse Gods Arent there ancestors but maybe the Viking was.. I will buy that. The paradoxical and ironic thing about them is that Odin is actually the only one of the Nordic gods who speaks of God and who knows because he has seen. It is the story of the eye and the well. He also suffers exactly like Jesus to gather insight. That is why he is the God of wisdom and the king of the gods.

    Great video . Hallo from a danish history geek . Here is some to add/mention . You see for Harold Bluetoth . Converting was political tool. In the Christian World view . Only god was above the King . Because Gorm and Harold copied Christian european Way of being kong . Their power was absolute . Where former viking kings prove themself with raids or on the battlefield . That was not the case around 965.They were rulers because of their royal blood . Now I mentioned the Christian World view earlier .. Now Harold coud with hid converting to his Christian faith not remove the threat of german invasion . He coud also use the Christian World for ambitions . He coud as Christian King say : I am a Christan King anionted by god . And it is my devine right to rule over Denmark . So converting feel right into Harold’s political plans for Denmark

    • @madsdahlc
      @madsdahlc 5 років тому

      Sweyn Skarilsen yes sir . I Can tell you about another example. And thats the great heathern Army in 860’es . When danish vikings atttackd , conquered northern England and establiehed the danelaw . Atfter that many of then settled down there among the Anglo saxons . But they also quikly integrated into English society and married into local families . And being Christian was The most easy Way for then to get accepted by English/Anglo saxon neighbours ...Also many of viking Kings of York also converted to Christianity. And doing that . They had s powerfull ally in the Church and it was much easier way to get their regime accepted local population . So in northern England a an Anglo/danish culture emerged. Many Christians graves has been found with images from norse mythology (like dragons, ravend etc) . So many vikings integrated into society Also after the battle of Eddington in 878 . Where King Alfred the great od Wessex defeated a viking Army under the danish cheiftain Guthrum . Part of peace agreement was , that Guthrum had to convert to Christianity . In return Guthrum woud be given East anglia as kingdom. Guthrum accepted the deal.. He coud carve out out a kingdom for himself . But also being Christian King . He had a powerfull ally in King Alfred and Wessex . And also he was recognized a legimite King by other Christian rulers . So yes many viking leaders Saw a political potential in being Christians ... As you mentioned . Yes It woud bring some huge future gains ....
