This was literally so helpful. Thank you for taking the time to make this. You're right, the list of shortcuts is available but there are SO many and seeing it in an applicable scenarios instead was a lot better to understand. So, thank you!
You can't imagine how helpful this video is! There are millions of LONG lists with shortcuts, but it's hard to find the right ones, especially when you don't know what to look for. A huge thank you for showing us what's possible with Notion. Sending new pages from anywhere into a particular DB, sending blocks of text into a DB page - that's genius. Saves so much time. And the overall section about creating new pages, linking them etc. But literally, the whole video, from start to finish :-) - so useful. I finally feel free to properly use what I've set up in Notion. Before that, I felt a bit trapped and restricted, endlessly scrolling and clicking, as many of the shortcuts I use in file managers, browsers etc. aren't working in Notion. Thank you for your time and your great way of delivery - so clear and efficient.
The most surprising shortcut for me is "Paste in plain text." You use it, and magically, "boom," all the lines fit correctly. And I'm just "wow," how magical. 🤣
Yus! I’ve been needing this Notion shortcut forever. It’s too bad Notion doesn’t have “Simplify Formatting” like Evernote, which makes entire note plain text while retaining basic text formatting (i.e. bold, italic, etc). It’s a big pain since iOS’s clipboard only holds one entry at a time (primarily use Notion on iPad app) automatically retaining formatting without plain text paste option in pop-up. At least on Android, native Gboard keyboard app by default supports up to 6 clipboard entries that auto-convert to plain text (plus can pin >30 entries long term; super helpful for special characters, mult. languages, etc + manual dictionary shortcuts enable powerful autofill & word -> character swapping). Buuut since Notion app layout on mobile’s problematic, I really depend on the iPad app. Just wish shortcut was one character shorter… at least lol. It’s a lot to do ⌘ + Option + Shift + V, which requires 3 left-hand fingers on first 3 keys, and now my right hand’s needed to hit the “V” when I’ve been doing just ⌘ + V with one hand on iMacs since at least 2004 lol. Idk why just adding the shift key isn’t enough, given Notion supports very few keyboard shortcuts.
I'm glad i have found your video, there were a couple of hotkeys that i didn't know about which turned out to be very useful !

Damn I didn’t know you could use the page switcher tool. I always just opened the left sidebar and it was super annoying lolll
I am new to Notion app. Do you have any course for beginners?.
If not, please suggest me who has... Very much interested to learn it
I have been pulling my hair out to figure out how to do this. I knew it was available, but didn't know how to do it.
Dont`t you any extension to send selected text from browser into Notion database?
