The Tiger engaged after the bridge (at 06:46) was a *Tiger I*, operated by *SnowierWorm4589*. He was already on Jack's side of the valley. Just sayin' :D
we have an armour viewer as well. weather, pretty decent devs (that listen most days). Waffle still in game and not going anywhere, even when they implement the Grille. Death Star with old OP pen. Only thing we lack is national crew voices, which will be arriving 'soon'. Chieftan as well, which is a ridonculously OP beast of a tank.
The sound effects of those PAK guns however when the shells whizzed past were phenomenal, I saw it in the cinema and the sounds almost made me cry with joy! Also fun to see the US troops being portrayed almost more monstrous than the German ones for a change, did not expect that from a Hollywood film. Other than that though, "meh" war film but entertaining enough.
I think Fury gets more shit than it deserves. It was meant to be a tank based WW2 action film with that little extra dash of "war is bad, mkay" messaging, not the historical accurate movie the internet seems to think it was trying to be.
Historical accuracy is one thing, but giving them Storm trooper aim is another. Never seen the movie, but good lord, you don't even need all that much skill to hit something moving in a straight line in an open field when you're that close.
They make up for it later with the Super Tiger that kills two moving Shermans while it too is driving off road, pretty impressive for a tank with no stabilization gear ;)
A thing about the Pak scene. Remember that by this time, the majority of the german troops are either old, wounded or very young. Very few trained soldiers remained, which could explain the bad accuracy of the Paks. The Tank crew of the 131 is a different story. They were vets and showed their skill(in holywood fashion, but still). The movie does not try to be historical accurate, but does tell about some of the stuff that happend in the last few months. It's main focus, however, is the tight knit tank crew, and how they are like a family.
They had enough panzerfausts but they decided that mg-34 would be more effective against sherman. And some guys even managed to miss their panzerfausts from close range. I don't remember much as I have seen this crappy movie long time ago. Anyways I'd rather not talk about it any more or get into the details as I don't really care about it anymore and I'm trying to forget about this movie but good guy Jingles had to put it in his video :)
PzKpfw VI Tiger ausf. H1 They did, but they lost most of them, as I said, in the initial ambush or in the barn. The Panzerfaust was never an accurate weapon system. In the case of Sgt. John Marshall (M4 named 'Battlin' Bachelor')of the 4th Armored, on Dec.17th, 1944 traveled into a unidentified village near Wilbrin, Belgium. He traveled down the main road, and noticed two officers walking suspiciously down a side road. He ordered his tank to follow them, and eventually he came to the town's edge and found a surrendering conscript. Upon further examination, two men with Panzerfauste popped up, and fired both within 5m of the tank. Both missed. Marshall ordered the gunner to fire on the two men with everything. No explanation to what happened. The conscript was left however.
Either full panic mode or person using it had no clue how to aim and use it properly. I find it hard to believe a panzerfaust missing at 5m. It had selectable fire ranges that included 30, 60 and 90 m. While I do believe that missing at 60-90 m is more than possible but missing a huge M4 at

Yeh the Fury was an Easy 8 with the 76mm and at those combat ranges it could pen it from the front easily. By that stage in the war the Tigers armour was not that much of a problem, even the 75mm armed Shermans with HVAP rounds could pen a Tiger. Tiger only really seemed invincible in like 42/43, by 1944 it was the gun more than anything that was threatening, but Fireflys and Tigers could basically make mincemeat out of each other from standard engagement ranges
Actually the Tiger's gun could still out range the competition. A tiger could kill a sherman out to a range of 1,200m while a Sherman equipped with a 76mm would still have to close to half that distance.
Simon Bederak Console has the advantage that every single Xbox or PS4 has the exact same specs, and the engine can be optimized better. The PC engine, on the other hand, has to be able to run on everything from the latest and greatest technology to 10 year old Pentium Potatoes and as such, it can't be optimized as well. It's a jack of all trades, master of none sort of thing.
Project Halo wars which would be totally unbalanced if introduced into PC version. There is a reason it's not in PC despite being developed for 3 years. people are still scratching their heads on how to balance the tank.
Thanks for featuring WoT Console content on your channel, Jingles. There are some real gems in that version of the game, and if nothing else, the exposure might actually motivate the PC development team to bring of them over to the original version of the game.
interesting side note, the fake Tiger body shell made for the movie Fury (the one that took the shot in the back at the end of the battle) is here in Australia and has been mated to a custom built chassis and running gear and while not a perfect replica (tracks and drive sprocket look to be off a Sherman or some Sherman derivative) the finished product looks pretty good and a lot better than the modified T-34s that appeared in films such as Kelly's Heroes and Saving Private Ryan. The machine can be seen at the Australian Armor and Artillery museum in Cairns, Queensland. Their collection includes a number of machines with more arriving all the time.

There are 2 shells available on the Tigers in Warthunder, the first round is a PzGr with around 145mm of pen and 160g of filler while the second one is the PzGr 39 with 165mm of pen and 108g of filler.
I understand that everyone is annoyed at the things that console have that PC doesn't, but they don't have chekoslovakian or Swedish tanks, no reward vehicles, no clan battle, no stronghold, no improved Physics, and no tanks like the grille 15, bat chat 25tap etc. The things they don't get far outweighs the things they do

You know there is a historical reason for the increased penetration of the 88mm gun on Tiger 131 in WoT console. The Tiger Could fire 3 different types of AP. Standard Panzergranate, Panzergranate 39, and Panzergranate 40. The Regular Panzergranate was simply readapted from the AP rounds fired from the Flak 36 88mm Anti aircraft cannon. Those are the rounds that are rated at penetrating around 140mm of armor. later on the tanks were equipped with the PanzerGranate 39 which featured a smaller bursting charge of only around 64 grams as compared to the 160 of the previous, but had more mass on the shell which allowed it to penetrate the 160mm+ you see here on Tiger 131. the Last shell was Panzergranate 40 which is APCR.
Oh please, the Sherman-Tiger fight in Fury was unrealistic to both sides. Both of those 76mm armed Shermans could have killed the Tiger from the original engagement range with late war high velocity ammo for the 76mm, yet they continually bounced of the Tiger well up into point blank range. The Shermans have gun stabilizers which would improve firing on the move; the Tiger doesn't, yet the Tiger lands many hits while moving off road on Shermans that are also moving. If the scene was meant to be realistic for April 1945 Fury would have passed a abandoned Tiger that had be left after it broke down.
Im Beauski To be fair, most 76 mm Shermans did not carry HVAP, and if they did it would be in very small quantities. That kind of ammunition was mostly supplied to the Tank Destroyer units.

And also what people fail to remember is by April 1945 the cream-of-the-crop were not Manning tiger ones they were Manning tiger twos by this point this could have been a training crew that were just thrown into the fight try to stop the Allied advance and there were certain restrictions placed on the filming crew what they could and couldn't do a tiger 131 so I wish the rivet counters would just enjoy the fucking movie and stop being a little bitch

Regarding your opening: remember at the opening of the movie the texts said "Hitler declares total war, mobilizing every men, women, and children". I think maybe because these 75 MM anti-tank gun operators were farmers who were just brought to the front a few days before on trucks with no military training. Then the only men with experience would have been the officers giving command. Same goes with the man Wardaddy forced Norman to shoot at the back of: it is entirely possible that his officer forced him to wear a US Army jacket for camouflage purposes but he wasn't an SS at all and he really had a family to go back to that he loved and that his military took him away from against his will.
Pay attention to that clip tho. That AT gun has an MoE on it. Meaning that crew should have been an experienced crew who would be capable of taking out all of those tanks in that situation.
finsfan90 One of them did. Though the marks were often added to improve morale, or just for propaganda's sake. Also keep in mind the gun might as well been passed on to another crew. Many PaK gunners c. late 1944 were reported to miss their first salvos exception at these ranges (
I worked on the set of the movie Fury and field artillery scene was supposed to be different. We were supposed to have two other Sherman's with us but we were unable to acquire them. Those two Sherman's were supposed to taken out by the field guns. We didn't want two tanks to be taken out though because we wanted to save them for the tiger fight. All we needed were more Sherman's and we could've gotten the job done.
I seem to remember our version of Mountain Pass was originally a snow map on console all the way back in 2014. We didn't get the summer variant until 2015-16 ish

If you look at all the other comments with this question, you'll find your answer. However, i'll still put it here: PC WoT is an old game, and was designed graphically to be played on a wide variety of systems. From monsters like yours, to toasters that make a PS2 blush in embarrassment. On the Contrary, WoT (For the XB1) is a newer game made by a new studio and was only released on the XB1. So they could squeeze as much power out of it as possible and not worry about it being unfair for people with toasters. And the monthly subscription is complete bullshit. Why must I pay Microsoft or Sony to play my game on my system on my internet on servers that they don't own?
One thing that really bugged me about fury was when they waited in that final fight for the germans to get right up on top of the tank instead of just mowing them down when they were all lined up in a nice neat line on the road. just giving up all advantage.
However it was shown in the scene that both sides could see each other clearly shortly after Tiger drove something like 50-100 meters forward. At that time Tiger could easily stop, and pick off the incoming shermans one by one before they get the Tiger's side. But no... it just had to keep driving forward and close the distance because it's always easier to aim on the move than stop right? /s

1:39 keep in mind that the movie took place in april 1945, with the russians knocking on the walls of berlin, I don't think the germans were as concerned about training as they were before. The tiger, yeah they were stupid, but the anti-tank gunners quite simply may not have the skill required to competently fire a weapon like an anti-tank gun.

Yeah we only recently got Mountain Pass with a 'Summer' and 'snow' theme. For the longest it was as it was in this video. I'm not 100% on this one, but I think it was the first snow map we got on the console. But good stuff. Congrats to Jack for the awesome game, and thanks again Jingles for the upload.

Well, considering WoT already runs like shit with its poorer graphics, I don't think the console version would even run on a PC with WG style of optimisation.
jingles the tiger commander in Fury did that to get out of the smoke. by time the smoke cleared they would have been in his face. it was smart to charge out while they were still at a distance and take out as much as possible.
it's upsetting that their 6th sense stay on while they're actually spotted while we have to guess, and that a tier 7 heavy has a faster reload than a cromwell.

What everyone forgets and nobody cares to remember is Jingles decides the content. In the end he has the say so cause its his channel. If he decides to show a video then we are lucky to see it, because it will be video with good content. I've watched his video's for 2 years now and he has not failed on the entertainment department.

I gotta say on a large, hi-res monitor, the console interface is a lot less eye-straining than on PC. I don't have to squint to read anything. Favorite feature is probably the field of view displayed on the minimap.
I never understand why these games have such different content on different systems, if your going to go to the effort of releasing content, why not release it everywhere?
It's down to the fact that the two are run be two different development teams, and run on two different engines. WoTPC being a Russian developement, and WoTConsole being a western/American dev team.
The WoTPC's engine is very outdated, and with them working on WoT, WoWP, and WoWS, it was likely easier to have completely different team within WG to work on it. They also have to optimize differently, and optimization is much easier for the consoles, since every XBone works on the same exact specs, along with the other consoles respectively. Honestly I like the Console devs more. The western team behind them seem to actually listen to the community.

8bitbonsai Weathering effects actually happen with all tanks, not just premiums. On summer maps dirt builds up on the tracks, and the same happens with desert maps. On rainy variants the tanks look wet too.
This illustrates precisely why I don't play PC. Spend hundreds of dollars even thousands just to run into all kinds of issues, then spend hours trying to figure out why it's not working. And end up playing with graphics turned down anyway due to compatibility and performance issues. No real advantage with PC but twice the issues. I would rather spend $300 on something I know will work every time no issues. I honestly don't care about FPS or HD quality. I want to enjoy the game whenever I want with no issues.
If you build it properly and set it up properly PC has no issues. Most PC problems are located in the chair in front of the desk rather than in the computer
10:20 Tiger P got very strong frontal (hull) armor.. just a shame 19 of the 20 players show the side pretty much at all times... you rarely see a Tiger P using the armor properly.
About that movie with the Shermans on the open field: Why are they firing laser blasters from Star Wars? 1:47 That scene even looks like the assault on Hoth.
Tracer rounds. They explained it earlier on in the film, every 5 rounds one is a tracer to help you see where your shooting. Look up "M2HB Tracers" on UA-cam and there should be good videos showing them.
I find it funny when the Tiger 131 was shooting the Churchill because IRL the Churchill damaged the Tiger 131 in the turret ring and the crew abandoned the tank
when he was capping the opponent can someone tell me why he wouldn't be hugging the wall at the cap circle edge like stopping at 12:21 when he was inside the cap circle? you are behind the elevated side from ice road approach and around the corner from the other approach and instead he drove furthur into the cap and sat in about the middle of the ice road approach initially? i get angling and all but wouldn't it be better in that scenario to hug the wall and thus force the opponent to expose himself and get caught out in the open in order to decap you then to sit in an area where your an easy target for an HE hit and your cap points are reset and allows your opponent cover as well coming up the road? Sure it worked out and he did use it to protect his rear in the fight but if that first shot had reset then the cromwell could have run again.
Devastator medal was in PC version prior to version 8.0 and was called Bolter's Medal (for 7 kills). Still can bee seen in WoT Assistant on your mobile if you earned it.
Did you notice that the anti tank german gun was the tier 4 td (i dont remember the name for)next to the hetzer and that the sherman fury is tier 6 so it does make sence he would bouce

Just to clarify something about Tiger 131,it isn't exactly modeled like it is in the movie. In the movie Tiger 131 doesn't have the Japanese intake canisters located at the rear on each side above the tracks. On the real Tiger 131 it does have the Japanese intake canisters like modeled in WoT. So it's actually a combination of the Fury movie and real Tiger 131. I would have preferred it to be modeled 100% like the movie without the Japanese intake canisters. I didn't bother to purchase Tiger 131 as I busted my butt to get the Tiger "Hammer". But I think I will purchase Tiger 131 when/if it becomes available again. I didn't realize it had preferred match making because I hate seeing tier 9s.
Yeah I remember the Devastator badge when I played on the console. Got it once defending the cap circle in the Jackson and got 7 kills. I died and lost but it felt nice dying doing the right thing.
looks like P2W is going strong on the console version. Tiger 1 with medium tank mobility, hits 40kph on flat in a few seconds, pref mm (which is supposedly "going away") and a gun that's mysteriously better than the same gun on the other tanks that have it
Just a thing I want to throw in during your talking on German AT guns accuracy. Hilary Doyle, talking on "Operation Think Tank" does say that most guns in ww2, on average, only hit one in every 20 to 40 rounds fired. Beyond that I don;t think you can rule out crew inexperience and panic of a closing tank/infantry attack. Especially at 800m range, its pretty believable that they would miss their first few shots.
Miroslav Makovec The team that made the movie did talk to real tankers who were there. I wouldn't be surprised if the sound guys created their sound effects based on what the veterans said.
ironically, the tiger 131's gun is more historical than the normal L/56 as the L/56 was rated to have 162mm of penetration against a vertical plate. The penetration numbers that WG uses are against a plate laid back 30 degrees from the vertical. these numbers don't account for the german criteria of a penetration either so the 169mm is probably lower than it should be

Yeh the Fury was an Easy 8 with the 76mm and at those combat ranges it could pen it from the front easily. By that stage in the war the Tigers armour was not that much of a problem, even the 75mm armed Shermans with HVAP rounds could pen a Tiger. Tiger only really seemed invincible in like 42/43, by 1944 it was the gun more than anything that was threatening, but Fireflys and Tigers could basically make mincemeat out of each other from standard engagement ranges
Actually the Tiger's gun could still out range the competition. A tiger could kill a sherman out to a range of 1,200m while a Sherman equipped with a 76mm would still have to close to half that distance.
That snow effect on the tracks is pretty compelling.

Simon Bederak Console has the advantage that every single Xbox or PS4 has the exact same specs, and the engine can be optimized better. The PC engine, on the other hand, has to be able to run on everything from the latest and greatest technology to 10 year old Pentium Potatoes and as such, it can't be optimized as well. It's a jack of all trades, master of none sort of thing.

interesting side note, the fake Tiger body shell made for the movie Fury (the one that took the shot in the back at the end of the battle) is here in Australia and has been mated to a custom built chassis and running gear and while not a perfect replica (tracks and drive sprocket look to be off a Sherman or some Sherman derivative) the finished product looks pretty good and a lot better than the modified T-34s that appeared in films such as Kelly's Heroes and Saving Private Ryan.
The machine can be seen at the Australian Armor and Artillery museum in Cairns, Queensland. Their collection includes a number of machines with more arriving all the time.

There are 2 shells available on the Tigers in Warthunder, the first round is a PzGr with around 145mm of pen and 160g of filler while the second one is the PzGr 39 with 165mm of pen and 108g of filler.
I understand that everyone is annoyed at the things that console have that PC doesn't, but they don't have chekoslovakian or Swedish tanks, no reward vehicles, no clan battle, no stronghold, no improved Physics, and no tanks like the grille 15, bat chat 25tap etc. The things they don't get far outweighs the things they do

You know there is a historical reason for the increased penetration of the 88mm gun on Tiger 131 in WoT console. The Tiger Could fire 3 different types of AP. Standard Panzergranate, Panzergranate 39, and Panzergranate 40. The Regular Panzergranate was simply readapted from the AP rounds fired from the Flak 36 88mm Anti aircraft cannon. Those are the rounds that are rated at penetrating around 140mm of armor. later on the tanks were equipped with the PanzerGranate 39 which featured a smaller bursting charge of only around 64 grams as compared to the 160 of the previous, but had more mass on the shell which allowed it to penetrate the 160mm+ you see here on Tiger 131.
the Last shell was Panzergranate 40 which is APCR.
Oh please, the Sherman-Tiger fight in Fury was unrealistic to both sides. Both of those 76mm armed Shermans could have killed the Tiger from the original engagement range with late war high velocity ammo for the 76mm, yet they continually bounced of the Tiger well up into point blank range. The Shermans have gun stabilizers which would improve firing on the move; the Tiger doesn't, yet the Tiger lands many hits while moving off road on Shermans that are also moving.
If the scene was meant to be realistic for April 1945 Fury would have passed a abandoned Tiger that had be left after it broke down.
Im Beauski To be fair, most 76 mm Shermans did not carry HVAP, and if they did it would be in very small quantities. That kind of ammunition was mostly supplied to the Tank Destroyer units.
Major Borngus Fluunduch To be more fair regular AP for the Sherman’s 76mm could penetrate 130mm of 30° sloped armor at 1000 yards. The original engagement was only 800 against 100mm of unsloped armor ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And also what people fail to remember is by April 1945 the cream-of-the-crop were not Manning tiger ones they were Manning tiger twos by this point this could have been a training crew that were just thrown into the fight try to stop the Allied advance and there were certain restrictions placed on the filming crew what they could and couldn't do a tiger 131 so I wish the rivet counters would just enjoy the fucking movie and stop being a little bitch

Regarding your opening: remember at the opening of the movie the texts said "Hitler declares total war, mobilizing every men, women, and children". I think maybe because these 75 MM anti-tank gun operators were farmers who were just brought to the front a few days before on trucks with no military training. Then the only men with experience would have been the officers giving command. Same goes with the man Wardaddy forced Norman to shoot at the back of: it is entirely possible that his officer forced him to wear a US Army jacket for camouflage purposes but he wasn't an SS at all and he really had a family to go back to that he loved and that his military took him away from against his will.
Lino Nardin PaK crews were reported to miss 70-80 percent of their shots on the first salvo by this time in the war.
Even conscripts are given a basic run-down on how a anti-tank cannon works. Maybe not training, but they at least know how to fire the thing.
Pay attention to that clip tho. That AT gun has an MoE on it. Meaning that crew should have been an experienced crew who would be capable of taking out all of those tanks in that situation.

I worked on the set of the movie Fury and field artillery scene was supposed to be different. We were supposed to have two other Sherman's with us but we were unable to acquire them. Those two Sherman's were supposed to taken out by the field guns. We didn't want two tanks to be taken out though because we wanted to save them for the tiger fight. All we needed were more Sherman's and we could've gotten the job done.

PC WoT is an old game, and was designed graphically to be played on a wide variety of systems. From monsters like yours, to toasters that make a PS2 blush in embarrassment. On the Contrary, WoT (For the XB1) is a newer game made by a new studio and was only released on the XB1. So they could squeeze as much power out of it as possible and not worry about it being unfair for people with toasters.
And the monthly subscription is complete bullshit. Why must I pay Microsoft or Sony to play my game on my system on my internet on servers that they don't own?
One thing that really bugged me about fury was when they waited in that final fight for the germans to get right up on top of the tank instead of just mowing them down when they were all lined up in a nice neat line on the road. just giving up all advantage.

However it was shown in the scene that both sides could see each other clearly shortly after Tiger drove something like 50-100 meters forward. At that time Tiger could easily stop, and pick off the incoming shermans one by one before they get the Tiger's side.

1:39 keep in mind that the movie took place in april 1945, with the russians knocking on the walls of berlin, I don't think the germans were as concerned about training as they were before. The tiger, yeah they were stupid, but the anti-tank gunners quite simply may not have the skill required to competently fire a weapon like an anti-tank gun.

Yeah we only recently got Mountain Pass with a 'Summer' and 'snow' theme. For the longest it was as it was in this video. I'm not 100% on this one, but I think it was the first snow map we got on the console. But good stuff. Congrats to Jack for the awesome game, and thanks again Jingles for the upload.

jingles the tiger commander in Fury did that to get out of the smoke. by time the smoke cleared they would have been in his face. it was smart to charge out while they were still at a distance and take out as much as possible.

I gotta say on a large, hi-res monitor, the console interface is a lot less eye-straining than on PC. I don't have to squint to read anything. Favorite feature is probably the field of view displayed on the minimap.
I never understand why these games have such different content on different systems, if your going to go to the effort of releasing content, why not release it everywhere?
It's down to the fact that the two are run be two different development teams, and run on two different engines. WoTPC being a Russian developement, and WoTConsole being a western/American dev team.

The WoTPC's engine is very outdated, and with them working on WoT, WoWP, and WoWS, it was likely easier to have completely different team within WG to work on it. They also have to optimize differently, and optimization is much easier for the consoles, since every XBone works on the same exact specs, along with the other consoles respectively. Honestly I like the Console devs more. The western team behind them seem to actually listen to the community.

8bitbonsai Weathering effects actually happen with all tanks, not just premiums. On summer maps dirt builds up on the tracks, and the same happens with desert maps. On rainy variants the tanks look wet too.

This illustrates precisely why I don't play PC. Spend hundreds of dollars even thousands just to run into all kinds of issues, then spend hours trying to figure out why it's not working. And end up playing with graphics turned down anyway due to compatibility and performance issues. No real advantage with PC but twice the issues. I would rather spend $300 on something I know will work every time no issues. I honestly don't care about FPS or HD quality. I want to enjoy the game whenever I want with no issues.

Tracer rounds. They explained it earlier on in the film, every 5 rounds one is a tracer to help you see where your shooting. Look up "M2HB Tracers" on UA-cam and there should be good videos showing them.
I know about tracer rounds, but those were done in post production, because tracer rounds arent that sharp visually. Those are laser blasters ...
That reload. 4.64s, that's 12.93 rounds per minute. With 220 alpha, that's 2845 DPM. With 169 pen, and Pref MM. Pretty damn OP.

when he was capping the opponent can someone tell me why he wouldn't be hugging the wall at the cap circle edge like stopping at 12:21 when he was inside the cap circle? you are behind the elevated side from ice road approach and around the corner from the other approach and instead he drove furthur into the cap and sat in about the middle of the ice road approach initially?
i get angling and all but wouldn't it be better in that scenario to hug the wall and thus force the opponent to expose himself and get caught out in the open in order to decap you then to sit in an area where your an easy target for an HE hit and your cap points are reset and allows your opponent cover as well coming up the road?
Sure it worked out and he did use it to protect his rear in the fight but if that first shot had reset then the cromwell could have run again.
Devastator medal was in PC version prior to version 8.0 and was called Bolter's Medal (for 7 kills). Still can bee seen in WoT Assistant on your mobile if you earned it.
Did you notice that the anti tank german gun was the tier 4 td (i dont remember the name for)next to the hetzer and that the sherman fury is tier 6 so it does make sence he would bouce

Just to clarify something about Tiger 131,it isn't exactly modeled like it is in the movie. In the movie Tiger 131 doesn't have the Japanese intake canisters located at the rear on each side above the tracks. On the real Tiger 131 it does have the Japanese intake canisters like modeled in WoT. So it's actually a combination of the Fury movie and real Tiger 131. I would have preferred it to be modeled 100% like the movie without the Japanese intake canisters. I didn't bother to purchase Tiger 131 as I busted my butt to get the Tiger "Hammer". But I think I will purchase Tiger 131 when/if it becomes available again. I didn't realize it had preferred match making because I hate seeing tier 9s.

Yeah I remember the Devastator badge when I played on the console. Got it once defending the cap circle in the Jackson and got 7 kills. I died and lost but it felt nice dying doing the right thing.

looks like P2W is going strong on the console version. Tiger 1 with medium tank mobility, hits 40kph on flat in a few seconds, pref mm (which is supposedly "going away") and a gun that's mysteriously better than the same gun on the other tanks that have it
you can put numbers on your tank now. so you can just get a normal tiger one and add 131 on the side.
Just a thing I want to throw in during your talking on German AT guns accuracy. Hilary Doyle, talking on "Operation Think Tank" does say that most guns in ww2, on average, only hit one in every 20 to 40 rounds fired. Beyond that I don;t think you can rule out crew inexperience and panic of a closing tank/infantry attack. Especially at 800m range, its pretty believable that they would miss their first few shots.
What I liked in Fury movie was the ricochet sound. I just wonder whether it was the same in real battle.

ironically, the tiger 131's gun is more historical than the normal L/56 as the L/56 was rated to have 162mm of penetration against a vertical plate. The penetration numbers that WG uses are against a plate laid back 30 degrees from the vertical. these numbers don't account for the german criteria of a penetration either so the 169mm is probably lower than it should be
