Spider Cloak is better on an oni... sc has barely any hp and its climb boost can be useful on a d-sage but it can also be on an oni because of the speed buffs you get. Speed is really important for oni. Plus you have s and the armor gives a lot of regen. You will barely ever get hit.. and sc busted regen will come in and with evamp ur a full after a couple seconds.

For people that thinks cameo ain’t A tier because no tomeless, here’s just a fact rn, there’s no long corner ignis, so if the cameo plays it right it would be kinda busted, because there’s no actual efficient ways to destroy them.
Imo PF was a balanced artifact, it had quite a few counters to it (Dragon Sage, Wraith Knight, snap contrarium). Also you could just keep hitting them and they couldn't regen. I think removal of PF is what made Dragon Slayer a meta, since that class wasn't that good against PF, due to not cancelling mana and not being able to stun lock PF users. Letting every class use nerfed version of snap contrarium again and bringing PF back with a few nerfs to it would probably give non vamp races a chance, also will shake up the meta a bit. It's not like everyone will have it, it's an artifact after all. I'm sure a lot of people will disagree with that and that's reasonable.

I kinda disagree with fairfrozen, yeah it has good attack speed but you can still block out of it, plus it’s not very versatile, same range as a regular spear. It also barely does any extra dmg (if it does any) not even close to solans. Apparently, you can’t enchant it (according to one of the patches) and if you block subzero or mana shield it doesn’t give frostbite. Subzero can also sometimes glitch where if you hit the person, as soon as they touch the ground, they get back up immediately, which they are supposed stay frozen for just a bit. The dmg multiplier got nerfed, but it’s still good - however frostbite can be cured by a single health potion. You also need to be a bit close to use subzero, and the hit box can be a bit wack sometimes. Subzero has the same speed and hit box as serpent strike, if you didn’t know. I would put fairfrozen at B tier.
