Why you prefer jimny over thar??
Earlier, I used a Gypsy, but traveling with my family wasn't easy due to issues with suspension, safety, comfort, modern technology, and parts availability. So, I considered the Thar. After test driving it, however, I realized that my elderly parents couldn't easily get into it, and the limited luggage space was also a concern. As I enjoy outdoor camping and realized that staying in the car wouldn't be feasible, I decided to forgo the Thar. Then came the 2018 Jimny, a perfect off-roader and SUV that meets all my needs with its 15'' wheels, BLD (Brake Lock Differential), rigid axle 3-link, coil spring suspension providing a smooth ride, and 210mm ground clearance. Its 5-door design makes it easy to get inside, while you can also convert the seats into a bed for camping right in the car. The narrow width facilitates easy driving off-road, and the low height ensures safety when climbing inclines. It comfortably seats four people, and off-roading feels like being in an air-conditioned room.

Even lesser prices you guys opt for marshal as u guys can modify and drive. It gives immense strength without stopping halves way. In hilly areas we used marshal cars only, it can carry more load then other vehicles. Ok. 🤠

How comfortable is Jimmy on such roads, with its weight being less than vehicle's like Thar.
Jimny provides good comfort during off-roading because its suspension is very soft. However, being lightweight can be both advantageous and disadvantageous for the Jimny. Anyway, thank you for commenting.
@@dreamywheels how is lightweights disadvantages ? and which is better manual or automatic for extreme offloading crawling with comfort, please clear my doubts, i m really planning to get a jimny .
@@lovetocrack3443 When offroading alone in dry terrain, the tyre slip more, but don't worry, the BLD will take care of it. However, when two or three people sit in the vehicle, tyre slipping is significantly reduced. You can solve this problem by reducing the tyre pressure. If you have the budget and plan to do more offroading, it's advisable to invest in an automatic transmission. While offroading with a manual transmission, your effort is 90%, while with an automatic transmission, it's only 10%. Both manual and automatic transmissions provide good comfort during offroading.

Jimny It’s a mountain goat which needs to fit in a ghat road. In this regards jimny is best suited and a proper off roader with the right weight to power ratio…. These dynamics should be known and educated to new and prospective buyers… I don’t see any cons, it’s not half empty but half full with less chances of spillage….😊

Jimny tyer slipping is more...needs more rpm ..its strugling...it needs new type of gear box and more powred engin..
Tyre slipping occurs due to two factors: the Jimny's weight, which is 1.2 tons, and the absence of MT tires. If the RPM increases, the tires will slip more
