I can relate to the Honda driver. As a new foreign driver in TnT, I too was not aware of the sensors at the street lights. I think the concept of how they should work is great BUT, for people who don't live on the island and not familiar with the sensors, that there should be some sort of signage letting drivers know that you need to be at the tip of the white line for the lights to change. I spent quite sometime waiting at one without knowing that you had to be at the tip of the line. Also, TnT need to enforce parking on oneside of the street in the right direction of the traffic. Yes, it's good to easily find a park but at times you can't tell if the street is a one-way or not due to the way cars park. I hate that. Just my 2 cents. p.s. I love your videos from the time I was in NY and still watch now in TnT.
