I had the fortune to see this cast live in Tampa, FL in November. This show is SO MUCH BETTER in person. No recording does them justice. And the solo by Jasmine (Seymour) blows away any other Seymour! I hope you get to see this group live...it is absolutely worth it!

I saw the Broadway cast when they premiered in Chicago at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre. They were magnificent. No recording can come close to experiencing this show from the audience.
I saw this cast on tour and they were FIRE. I upgraded my tickets to front row and it was so, so worth it.
I knew the cast album very well ... and seeing it live adds so much.
You could have done their live performances from 2021 Tony Awards.

High energy rock concert! The few times I went to NYC I have tried to get tickets for SIX but could not. Always sold out. I am a huge fan of the life of Henry VIII and his wives. You, Marc, have just inspired me to order the CD so thank you. The lyrics and interaction of each wife is clever. It’s the type of musical, in my opinion, where needs to listen to the lyrics and be transported to sixteenth century without scene or costume changes. I think it’s brilliant.
Ive seen it six times, seen in it london, new york, oxford and Guilford. Seeing it again next month. I absolutely love it
aside from the uk and the usa, this musical has also made it to australia and south korea. just watched a couple of megasix videos of the sokor cadt and their harmonies are amazing!
I saw the uk touring production last year and loved it; as a musical fan and history buff it was right up my alley! But also for those of us in England we grew up learning about the tudors at school and had "divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived" drilled into our heads by teachers.

I saw this on tour in Appleton Wisconsin. Incredible! A 90 min female diva powerhouse rock musical. Even the pit, their rock band, was rocking women. I hope to see it again.

Tudor Idol meets Street Fighter is such a great way to describe the vibe of this show haha! As someone who actually saw this EXACT cast back in March when they came through my area, no amount of watching Six on bootlegs and little proshot performances like this quite matches up to the experience of seeing it in person! It's SUCH a treat to see live!

I love that the cast recording has the west end cast, and then also a live version of the OBC. Both albums are great. I took my 5-year old to see this when it was touring and she has been obsessed for months, both she and my 3-year old son can sing every word, we have been listening to the album on repeat for so long.
You should watch their Tiny Desk performance! It’s great!!

I saw this cast in August and they were phenomenal. Seeing them on video cannot come close to the experience of seeing them preform live. I have to say Aragon and Cleves of this cast are my favorites. Also, being a complete Tudor nerd I was so glad that they got the history right. The little nuggets of info that occur in the dialog and in the songs actually happened, the exception being some Catholic propaganda regarding Boleyn - her sixth finger. The one without a wedding ring that gave Henry a son the Aragon sings about? That is Bessie the base player. 😃
If you ever get the chance to see these Queens, or one of the other casts, do it. You will be in for a really good time - and you learn some stuff.
The Annes were so, so funny. Besides being powerhouse vocalists.
I had a front row seat so got a good look at Howard and Parr when they were lined up "in order".
So jealous. I'm in a wheelchair so I was up in one of the boxes on the second level. Ours was right above the right of the stage, so I got a close up view.
I saw this on Broadway last year and having been born and raised in Kleve (Anna of Cleves), I never thought I'd hear that name on Broadway, lol. It was so good and so much fun to watch.
Every day I try to win the lottery. I saw &Juliet and everyone said I would this. I saw the 2021 Tony performance and now I am listening to the soundtrack religiously. What a way to make others in history!

I saw this in London a few months ago. AMAZING! So much fun and you could tell people in the audience had seen the show several times. Excellent audience participation. I just happen to be wearing my Six tshirt right now!❤
Love love this show. I saw the OBC and will be seeing the new cast in May. All of the songs are great and very well done.
Saw them in DC it was soooo good!!! The soundtrack had me in a chokehold for a good 6 months.

Saw the OBC cast in Boston during previews, we knew nothing about the show and were blown away.
Can’t wait to catch them. I’m studying in London next year and it would be amazing if I could catch it on the West End. 😳

It's so good! Though I definitely see what you're saying in terms of occasionally sounding flat. It's still a fantastic opening number.

It's really good, especially season 2 (Schmicago), where Titus Burgess channels Ben Vereen as the lead player.
And Kristen Chenowith plays a Mrs Lovett/Miss Hannigan hybrid.

This new cast have almost the similar vocal tones and styles unlike the original Broadway cast whose voices were so different, it was fantastic to hear. Everyone’s doing growls and it’s just not dynamic when it’s one growling solo after the other. Some harmonies were not well done. Hearing some flats too on this one 🫠
I'll admit - every video I've seen of ANY cast of SIX - there are some tuning issues. BUT everyone who has seen the show live seems to love it and didn't experience that at all... so its hard to argue with the in person audience.
clever lyrics.....it doesn't seem a ground-breaking presentation....the voices are good enough....dont know if i could take 90 minutes of it...
The story draws you in, smart, and very self-aware. Also, it doesn't stop, so it goes quickly with few lulls. By the end, you want more.
Nope sorry i much prefer the ladies from the taped shows you can find on youtube. They just have so much more that they are giving to the show. And they look like they are having so much fun
The reason the vocals are hit and miss (same re most Broadway & West end shows these days) is because its woke casting over real talent. I’ve been seeing shows for decades and years ago you would never hear poor vocals for any professional Broadway or West End cast but now the standard is ridiculously bad at times but (but) the price to see these shows is till the same and far too high for this type of hard on the ears poor performances.

I saw them in person at close range ... and that couldn't be further from the truth. The vocals were amazing and their dancing and acting was outstanding as well.

I've never seen one with bad vocals and I've seen it six times. I think this is a YOU problem.
