cannot wait to see more of the boat and of the laddo gaming, so glad that the streams might be coming back you will be the first FR member to stream in a stream, good luck laddo and i hope with the flooding and frost recently you and your boat are doing good
To think the idea of something like being a gamer on a boat is something that wouldve been impossible(Or at least be an internet available one) only a few years ago. Hope the boat treats you well. Its a nice looking boat.
looks like a fair enjoyable home, cozy and chill, despite (or maybe in part due to-) the style-over-function fridge! .. {edit: RED LEADER'S WHEEL!!! made me so happy🤩}
Sounds like you could easily fix that water filter leak with some teflon tape, much like how you'd put that on the threads when installing a shower head. Speaking of the shower, once you get the drain sorted I'd recommend putting a stool or some other sort of seat in there to make it easier to use.
It's nice to see it's working out. It honestly seems like it's just as livable or more so than some van-life set ups I've seen, Space is a premium but that shower situation seems like the biggest anoyance. I saw that plant and instantly said "That's taking up a lot of space." Otherwise it just seems like there's a lot of "it's fine if I just sit an an angle."
Nice catchup, the boat and all seem great. The fridge included 😂hope to see more of it all in the future. Best of wishes to the one and only laddosaurus
Great to see what you've done with the boat mate. Sounds like you're really enjoying yourself & hope that continues. If we get good weather in the summer it's gonna be fantastic for you. All the best
Very cool! Never really seen a video like this really showing off the narrow boats. Here in New Zealand we have nothing like that (that I'm aware of or is very popular!). More vlog videos like this would be cool, even if you setup a camera and just vlog doing repairs or putting up wallpaper etc. Its random, sounds boring but plenty of people watch youtuber's doing up their spaces etc. Curiousity, what do you do for a living? Taking into consideration docking charges, power, emptying stuff, is it much cheaper than renting or owning a house etc?
I am so jealous! Can I move in? I'm very short, I barely take up any space lol. I saw my local Costco had starlink in stock at Christmas and thought about you. The boat looks great, think the plant is fine.
Made it very homely for yourself. Looks good. Could try sleeping corner to corner on the bed, will give you another 6" although it may feel weird at 1st
Thank you for your update Laddo. It's always a treat to get a vid from you. it looks like you've managed to accomplish quite a lot in a short stretch of time. I hope the heating is sufficient for you as we are now in winter. I presume the insulation levels are akin to caravans?? Good luck with the rest of your projects and we look forward to seeing you in future posts/streams.
Great to see you enjoying boat life. Spent many childhood holidays on canal holidays. How tall are you by the way? At my height of 6'5" I think I'd struggle nowadays.
Good to see the boat looking great! Keep wondering if I'll spot my parents or their boat in the background, but they're at the Leeds end so it's unlikely! 😂
He later he said you like plants well here's an idea that you can do Very easily you get a piece of drift with that you like you want it long and thin and something that you can like screw into a wall And you take crazy glue gel Ain't you get some air plants And you just glue the airplanes onto the drift piece of driftwood however you want but you wanna make sure that you grab some sphagnum moss soak that in water and wrap it near the root base of the airplant now you can glue the roots directly to the driftwood That's fine but you want to wrap the wet **** the moss around those roots as best you can if you want you can use thread to tie that on or a piece of stainless steel wire to hold it in place something they use for like bonsai trees is probably best. You do wanna keep those plants misted down at least a couple of times a month two to three four times a month maybe once a week even the fact that you're on the ocean will keep them somewhat white but they do need water and the water from a fish tank if you know anybody that has a fish tank just take out a like a gallon now and then From their tank and spray it down on the plants the plants will love it because there's plenty of nutrients and nitrogen in the water. All you have to do is make sure it gets enough light so you might wanna put a lamp or probably best thing is to get one of those strip LED 's that have the different colors on it you know red yellow green blue and place that above in facing the plants. And they will take off in no time Believe me I've had some airplanes that went nuts within the first 6 months they were blooming within three months ohh wow they were amazing unfortunately I went to the hospital and they died while I was in the hospital and rehab for like 6 months.
In addition to the driftwood platform for a "future" air plant collection, Laddo could also pop in a cast-iron plant (or a gold dust laurel) in place of the bird-of-paradise that's currently next to his sofa. For the sunny areas by the windows; a couple snake plants, spider plants, or even a jade plant would do some wonders.
Don’t know if you’ve covered this. Is this lifestyle common acrossed the pond? Excuse my ignorance as I am from a place with very little water and ALOT of land. My first house came with 3 acres of land.
Lotto what kind of boat is this is this an ocean going boat boat is this a like you mentioned canal boat it's just gonna be going up the canals around England that'd be cool you could try and do an entire canal trip of all the canals in England and southern Scotland that would be cool we don't really have canals here in the US like that the best thing we have is the Erie Canal which runs from the Great Lakes down to New York City And most of it's now There's still a few canals around but nothing like that that was like the biggest canal area in in our country here from what I understand is your canal system here in England is similar to ours but more like Venice where there's a lot more of them and they tend to go around various different areas and unfortunately the railroads took over but the canals are still there for water movement and minor mounts of Transportation and recreational people like you who are having fun with the canals that you might as well they're there have fun.
Now that you're boat buddies, you and Bumpy should get together and have a houseboat house party.
We're gonna have a race

Nice PC on the floor of a boat sure is a choice alright. Don't spring a leak!
It does look cozy!

Keep enjoying your life Cap'n Laddo !

Ahhh laddo, great to see you enjoying this life dude.
Hopefully see you back on the platform again soon, missed watching along.
All the best

What is the horsepower of the mighty boat? The updates to the boat and life are indeed fantastic to see.
But at least we know that all your emulsion paint isn't going cold
Nice to see you are settling in and are happy. It's looking really good.
Great to see you enjoying boat life. Spent many childhood holidays on canal holidays. How tall are you by the way? At my height of 6'5" I think I'd struggle nowadays.
Yes laddo update🎉
Looking good Laddo!
Good to see the boat looking great! Keep wondering if I'll spot my parents or their boat in the background, but they're at the Leeds end so it's unlikely! 😂
We have missed you laddo
Sure hope you've got some CO2 detector on board...
Tell us more about that bass!
Be careful about your guitar hanging over that wood burner. It could warp the finish over time.
It's £20 ukulele from Amazon. It doesn't work and it's purely decorative haha but thanks
“Even Crane” 😂
🙃
he must be going mad
Getting settled... personal touches... good to see! Did you ever settle on a name for the boat?
I have.
A Sports Direct mug on a boat? Don't spill it or you'll flood the whole thing!
🤣
Looks amazing!

Looks awesome
2 names for your boat The Red Leaker or Princess Laddo :D
This is so sick man
You're so sick man
For some reason whenever i heard someone in the sth videos talk about your boat i pictured you in the middle of the ocean not in a marina 😂
Don’t know if you’ve covered this. Is this lifestyle common acrossed the pond? Excuse my ignorance as I am from a place with very little water and ALOT of land. My first house came with 3 acres of land.
I wouldn't say it's common, no. But due to COVID a lot of people have bought narrowboats and vans to convert

Oh dear....You bought a £100 refrigerator, but paid £4000 because of the Marshall badge....
Does Laddo have a boyfriend?
Barking up the wrong tree completely
I didnt see a tree, I saw a dude nesting a fine abode to suit a fine princess. Princess pending. It just looked very comfy! xD@@LaddOfficial
