Before coming to Canada, I didn't know that it is a big thing here, definitely both the provinces equally hold the opportunities but according to some stats and google research Toronto has the highest number of jobs for Registered Nurses.

If we talk about the base pay, that is more in BC ($15.65/hour), but in Ontario it is ($15.50/hour). That’s just about the basic money but in my opinion, for as long I have been in Ontario, the salaries are a bit higher here. Hope that helps.
