A little FYI, since we spoke last I was approved for the first 0% interest business credit card under the LLC with American Express, using the personal credit profile that I've built up.@@JamesBakerCPA
Hey Tyler, I have both BOA and Chase CC's, I have an ITIN but neither of these banks are giving me a credit score.
Chase won't give a score without a SSN and wont accept ITIN. BOA did accept my ITIN but still nothing appearing in my credit score. I checked CheckFreeScore the website you mentioned and it says it was unable to validate my identity.
In theory I should have a really good credit score by now.
What can I do to move forwards with this?
I'm confused with the address. So do the ones that don't have a family member in US have to pay for service that makes them the tenant?

Good video and great hints. Small hint in return: the ITIN is not mandatory to get your first credit card and particularly if you start with Amex Global Transfer, there is no reason not to start with a high end card.

AHH...Yes, this is true for your first card...But, if you want to go deeper into travel rewards or perhaps become eligible for business credit down the road, you will need to build your credit score/profile with your ITIN to be able to get in with other banks. Depending what you mean by HIGH END card, I assume you're referring to Amex charge cards like the green, gold, and platinum. These cards are great for travel rewards as well as perks and benefits. However, these cards do not contribute to successfully building your credit score since they do not report a set credit limit to the credit bureaus. By starting with these cards, you are thinking short-term and putting the carriage before the horse, so to speak.
additionally, your first card should be a card that you are willing to keep forever (Example - a low or NO annual fee card), because it is the backbone of your credit age/history (15% of your credit score). If you choose a high annual fee card like the platinum ($695 annual fee) and decide later down the road the benefits don't justify the annual fee and you want to cancel; you will lose all that credit history, thus bringing down your credit score.

You only pay taxes if you physically earn then income in the US

How we can solve issue of proof of address if we have virtual address...
The virtual address is hit or miss. You can try 24/7 parcel (lynden location), as long as the address doesnt code as a Commercial Mail Forwarding Agency it will work sometimes. If it does, then banks will recognize it right away and deny your application.
US address has to be a residential address or LLC address is ok?
A real streat adress - but there are virtual adresses that are ok, too. But they should not be registert as UBS or so.
@@matthewchrist5399 Let's step back a little.. I'm a Non- resident with a registered agent in Wyoming that comes with a registered address to receive documents for the LLC. Is this address ok for the aforementioned address to apply for a Secured Credit Card? Thanks for replying.

what good will it be to get a US c card like Amex if there is no intention of moving to such highly-taxed country
Some clients use these cards because they spend so much on ads it end up in a lot of free stuff. US isn't really that highly taxed globally either.

In most cases, sometimes banks will ask for a utility bill with your name on it. But we have a solution for that ;) if you already have a bank account and an ITIN, you’re ready to play ball!

Usually they will ask for a photo ID from your home country (passport, drivers license etc) and a copy of your ITIN and if it’s a new account a utility bill with your name on it.

I am from INDIA. I have LLC & ITIN in US. I have Checking and Savings bank account of Mercury. but I want credit card of 0% APR For 12 months but I got rejection from all banks like US bank, BOA, Capital one. and reason was I have to be there in US to open account. now I question is how can I open a bank account and have credit card for my business ?
I'm in the same boat as you. Now I'm looking for secured credit cards, Mercury said you need to deposit $25k in your account before applying.

Trust me i been there just doesnt work. I even have a ITIN number. Us credit card want a us SIN number. I try to put my ITIN number nop and I even have a us credit score whit my us rbc credit card
Well I've seen it work many times it just isn't easy.
