You can actually report the place for selling the cans that have the 99c labeling on them for more than 99c, arizona sells the ones with the 99c label to places for less than unlabeled ones with the caveat that they're supposed to sell them for 99c
I work at the Starbucks headquarters which is just across the Lander street bridge so this place is hit up at least once a week. I miss when I used to live above Nikko Teriyaki in West Seattle - still think that's the best in the city. Thanks for this series, Kenji.
Huge fan of the channel, but I just want to say, I don't feel like these longer videos should be shot in portrait. Save that for shorts, I want to see all the picture on my desktop/TV/even iPhone landscape. I need the full Kenji experience.
I will personally drive you to the east sides BelRed to try Tokyo Stop Teriyaki and run camera if it will get you to check that place out. It also gets me a chance to have their pork teriyaki again.
Back in the 1980s there was a Toshi’s in downtown Bellevue that was great! They even did chicken breast that was not dry or hammy back in the day. I worked close by and it was popular. Just did a google search and it says this location/Main St is the longest operating Toshi’s. Been there at least 40 years. Probably can’t be as good as back in the 1980’s but you should give it a try.
Random question about the map: it has been updated with the latest spots, but I noticed some of the favourites in the video description are not part of the stand out spots (ie: colored in red). Is this an oversight or are they good enough for the description and not for the map?

When will we get a teriyaki chicken recipe of Kenji? 🤤🤤
I think a full video of making the chicken, gyoza, and salad to his liking would be great
The final teriyaki stop will be him reviewing his brand new teriyaki joint

yeah a whole 2 dollars more is pretty egregious
I love this series.

Kenji dropping a McDLT reference
Jason Alexander would be proud.
Love it
The arizona tea has a phone line where you can tell then a store is not honoring their $0.99 price
Kenji, from one yaki connoisseur to another - you should add Buxx Teriyaki to your list. It's some of the best I've found
You're awesome Kenji.
the price is on the can though
you should put these on a tier list!
2.99 for an Arizona iced tea? Wow.
Would like your take on pho places.😍
You've got to check out Choice Deli in Ballard!
thumbnail game on point

When teriyaki hits that $18 mark, I no longer buys it 😂😂
Your hair looks good today!
Get to Choice in Ballard! 65th and 8th.

Another teriyaki, another A++ thumbnail
Going to have to go dig on the -Alt channel to see if you have a Teriyaki recipe. I'd personally love one that would slay with tofu.
So when's the Seattle Teriyaki Atlas dropping? 👀
I actually think since Covid it is very difficult to find really good teriyaki in the greater Seattle area
The price is on the can, though.
The fact that this channel has under 50k subscribers is an absolute crime! The algorithm needs to step up its game.
What the Phaughhhh is how you should pronounce it foo - Love your content wish someone would help me pronounce nigiri
The Arizona cans sold in Canada say (and sell for) $1.69, unbelievably
Canadian dollar? Because in that case it's pretty close to the original price tag.
Did you really pronounce Pho, "foe" 🤦🏼♂️ 0:07
What are you gunna do about it
That is how an American would phonetically pronounce those letters, yes.

Did you make this comment just for some likes? Your question is rhetorical.
@@mopey39 yes, but that's how languages work.
The plastic waste at these places makes me feel guilty about this (or any) takeout food.
