Sadly no. The pin layout for that SOP8 doesn't match any drop in replacement for DC energy meter IC

Antenna on sonoff is better than Shelly 1. So off you can put antenna outside of electrical lap box inside and get better results
Shelly 1 connection have a maximum gauge 14Ga wiring. Modern homes are generally using 12Ga on better quality homes.
