I'm guessing you are with real estate but if you'd point me to someone I can talk to about a refund for my website that never was I'd be so appreciative. We got involved with National Logo Designs, they said they were located in San Jose, CA USA but we discovered they are in Karachi, Pakistan . We spent over $5,000, it was supposed to be finished over 1 1/2 years ago and now they are ignoring me when I ask for a refund. Do you know what state board or who I can talk to? I would be so thankful for your assistance.
