There needs to be a pro league for these ladies after college , there is too much talent here getting wasted. They did it in basketball with WNBA , they need to do something like that for softball !!
the home plate ump in this game is the WORST i have ever seen..... and his calls were equally as bad for both teams.... someone should be reviewing these games and getting rid of "blind" umpires
Usually I don't bytch about the umpire... But this home plate umpire is horrible! I don't know if he has bad depth of vision. or one eye in focus at 30 feet and the other can't focus at all, or what. At least he seemed to call both sides equally bad, bad, bad. Even batters don't like a blind ump because he can call strikes against you that are bad--and that makes it hard to pick a ball to swing at! This is just plain bad.
