If your colonies are giving you the goods at base price, borrowing and selling them to deficits would be extremely profitable. Even if you're not getting them discounted from surplus, you will get them tariff free on the buy end. If you can find deficits where you are doubling, or even tripling the base value you get them at. You'll be making a tidy profit. All above board too!

Y'know, I also believe you've captured non-pirate Eradicator a few episodes back and explained the difference between them while doing so. Around the time you were clearing out your home system iirc.

Get a tug or two; you'll need two for ships with a base speed of 8. Highly recommended. I know tugs have been around for awhile, but it took me this long to fall in love with this tiny ship.
Despite having Contacts, I still look in the bars for better Delivery contracts.
Great progress in getting that debt under control, and keeping up with your colonies' stability and growth! I do wonder if all the SO on your ships is hurting battle performance--if your initial blitz doesn't take the enemy out, your ships have been getting crazy low on CR in those extended deployments.
That Eradicator is sooooooooo inaccurate compared to others you have used. It looks about like 10% of its shots hit. Did the previous owner bend its sights?
Double comment because I forgot to ask--when you make groups in combat, how do you get them to all do different things? When I try to assign different groups to different tasks, like harass or engage, right-clicking with the grouped ships just gives them all eliminate orders, and then they go unalive themselves with the help of the enemy ships... 🙄
Is there a reason why the refinery artifact isn't being used? Did I miss something, because I can't remember why it's just sitting in storage?
