SO today I decided to start the Assassins creed Eizo Collection, first game being Assassins creed 2. This game low key has a fire story, but oh my word the inconsistencies with parkour is enough to make a man break a controller. And thats what I did.

Yeah, the feathers are literal cancer. It took me months and a map guide to get all of those, but at least I platinum the game even tho I now have stage 2 or "whatever the fuck" PTSD because of it.

So not sure if it's been brought up or not but sequence 12 and 13 in this game were originally DLC. That's most likely the reason they don't have trophies. I think that dlc trophies weren't as common back then.
Never have I ever seen an entire YT video of hard work be totally ignored over the pronunciation of Ezio's name.

@@EmpireZzzzSome of the dlc trophies for revelations are definitely not easy but there are glitches/exploits which make them a lot more doable.

@@EmpireZzzz the bad part is, that it is not the usual gameplay of AC. You are in first person and have to put blocks in front of you, to get to the end of a level and the levels are filled with obstacles and lasers that one hit you. Some trophies require you to complete parts without dying. Good luck with your AC run. I also did a platinum run on the ezio trilogy on ps4 und are right now playin AC2 on ps3. Good old times...

I don't understand what's painful of trying to get platinum in AC2. You should be more worried about ACB and ACR. Ok, maybe not much about ACR, that one is a bit easier than ACB.
The reason why there was no sequence 12 and 13 was because I think Ubisoft didn’t have enough time to put them in before the game was scheduled forrelease. They were later released as DLC in the PS3 version.

The parkour in this game doesn’t hold your hand. You have to aim where you are moving. It's very precise.

the original ac games was made as 3d platformers first and foremost, but they did a bad job of conveying that to the player and didn't teach the skills of traversing in the game verry well. the parkour is also very precise and a slight miss imput from the player has a big impact on what the caracter does and the game do as you tell it for both good and bad (almost impossible to play good on keyboard, the game is made to be played with controller wich is much more precise), wich is the reason why many complain about falling off buildings, how fun would mario be if you couldn't fall and fail? most players play ac like a normal open world game but the fun comes from the platforming and optimizing movement, finding the fastest rout and thinking strategically in how you get to your target through parkour, tools, assassinations and stealth/ social stealth in ac 1 through revelations. the game is much more fun if played with that in mind.

Climbing that tower isn’t that hard. Run up wall, then flick the left stick to the left or right while pressing A or X. Then the party memory, you literally hide in the crowd. You can hide right in front of the ship. You were taught this in the tutorial btw.

I think Assassin's Creed 2 is the easiest to 100% of the franchise, so easy I got it at 100% on Playstation and Xbox lol. Just did a recent run where I platinumed the Ezio Trilogy, got the final achievement for Xbox when the game first came out.
