Hey sir i think the vram allocation settings can be changed through motherboard, don't trust windows it will betray you while gaming,. Best is go to motherboard and set vram preference, set ram frequency fuller utilisation, docp or xmp boost clock.

Remember guys, if you have more than one pcie express slots in your motherboard, always put your graphics card on the 1st pcie 16x slot , only then your graphics card will perform at its fullest otherwise you will get less than 20-30 fps in other pcie slots no matter the graphics card. I did this mistake and was playing at low fps whole year before realising
Actually depends on motherboard though some motherboard have 4 pcle gen 4 and 4 of them have equal Speed, some have 3 and some have 2 and 1 but 1st and 2nd it's depends of motherboard though. Some have equal some have priorities

msi ka 3060 graphics card hai lekin uske fan nahi ghum rahe hai jab pc chalu karta hoon tab bhibhi nahi ghum rahe
