U have to build stone 1x1 room outside, others will think you keep great things in that room and they will waste c4

The worst a Zombie horde can do is tear down a couple walls. Make sure you're not at your base when the zombie horde arrives.
Wall wont affect gameplay. Zombie cant steal so all your stuff is safe

Every single time I build walls zombies destroy them.. so after the like 100th time of rebuilding my walls a gave up XD so now I have NO walls xd
Yah theres no point on building walls just build them when u can upgrade them to lvl 3 walls

What I did was 3 layers to my house, a outer wall that's 2 walls thick, then spike traps then my actual base

@@abishlalr5368 multiple doorways, creating decoy rooms just to waste time and resources. Make then think the door at the very start is the way but its not, the real path is through the back, lots of twists and turns but it works

Hey GamerZ where did you grab all the thumbnails for your base blueprint? I wanted to do the same thing and was looking at either Google images or the LDoE Wikia page on Fandom. Wondering if you used something different.

Trapping them won't benefit you in anyways. It's just for fun. You can say I'm trying to find a cure😋😋 like that movie I am legend.
If you spend maybe 5-10 min in your base 1 zombie or wolf will spawn and you can capture it. They can't break any level wall but zombie horde can

+José Costa yes, the horde can free their friend but it won't leave your base..it will attack you when you return to your base and again you can capture it..😃😃
This wouldve come in handy before i made 3 layers of fully upgraded walls! :(
1.8 now. The raiding system only mirrors player bases. Duplicates them. You don't actually get your base raided. There is only multiplayer setup in sector 7 which isn't much right now. There will be multiplayer later on so great tips here for setting up a base. I hope its still viable in future updates! And its fun to make bases harder to loot.
Most of the tips are still valid and useful whereas some are not..I will upload a video on updated base building tips soon..

im lvl 99 already 2 months ...glad i finished and made 3 big rooms with stone walls (lvl 3) cuz now its expensive to make a 3 lvl wall.

GamerZ Guild Hey! I think the recent update fixed the chest. I raided a npc base again, and the chest with it's back facing againts the wall are lootable now.
+Franklin Tuviera if the room where the box is placed is accessible then the box will be accessible too..but if you build the base the way I did the box should not be accessible..
And ofcourse devs can fix it if the want..

Also building blueprints you should know that there are limits on how many furniture and other builds that you can only build.
very helpful tips! btw is it necessary to build walls with windows or can just stick to only pure walls?

I hope devs won't add a feature where we die due to suffocation as we don't have windows 😉😉
the different between wall and windowed wall is you can hit enemy outside of the windowed wall.

I just tried to do the same thing with the loot box by the wall even though I couldn't get in I was still able to loot it from behind. This was done on my iphone just now.

The room needs to be inaccable for this to work..
I tried it on my own base, just knocked down a wall and went around to see if I can loot the box and from behind and I was able too

Hey in the new update furniture and chest needs to be break down,also there's already a safe but I still don't know how to break it because I never encounter it in a raid thus you can only have 4 turrets so limit is a big disadvantage.
Safe can be opened only using metal cutter I believe..
Btw this base design will still be effective with the current changes..

+LCGPTheWolf that is an unsolved problem(using box)..there is a 50% chance that the intruder breaks the correct wall and gets access to the inside of your base.. this problem can be solved easily using turret which is not yet available..
I will provide detailed tips as soon as the update is out...

+Dawson Spurlock being a low level player you need to farm green zone a lot.. base building should be second priority..

This game would be so epic if the creators weren’t so greedy. It’s one of the biggest pay to play games I’ve ever seen. If you want to get anywhere you would have to grind for years and you still wouldn’t be that far. If not you can spend shit loads of cash to get on with it

Yes they fixed it (not in 1.8.5 but in some earlier version)

+Firza Firstian it's just a precaution when mp comes out..you can just go to build mode and move it anywhere. Then go out of your base
I don't really understand the use of the spikes though, because you will always need a door to get in and out of your base so you can't put spikes in front of the door or you will die too. Replacing them every time you leave the base is so annoying and you will forget it, so they can always just break that door instead of the towers.
+Kim Engels I understand your concern and it's annoying for me as well..but when it comes to the security of your stuffs you won't forget it I believe..
Also turrets will be for defence when mp comes out so put it at the right place and you are good to go

+karan leyal the difference between coc and LDOE is that once you place a wall, you can not move it anymore (in LDOE)..
So it's not possible to show how I build my base is not really possible. But I will be making a video on my base tour which should help you understand the base design..

Goto build mode and u will find the area of your base which is 18x18
