So I just spliced the ground and brown wire and just stuck them together then covered the wires in liquid tape. It won’t work his way the blinker will blink in fast repetitions
If you want it to be on all the time when you turn the key on then you'll need to tap into the fuse panel with an add a fuse. Otherwise you tie it into the parking lights
I got the same lights. They sure give the truck a newer look. But have the common headlight flickering like a strobe light. Really annoying when your trying to read a sign. Do you have that problem?
@@mechanicalking not the truck turns out the clips that hold the h7 bulb in were off on both. Snapped the clip back on and no more bouncy flickering bulb. Guess I should of taken the dust boot cover off first to checkem. lol All good now.
Hello friend I have an Expedition 2014 but you use F150 lights for yours, can I use F150 lights on my expedition? Because I didn’t find led lights for Expedition? Thank you friend
Están muy bonita la f150 con el cambio de faros donde los puedo conseguir y cuánto cuesta el kit si alguien me puede informar se lo agradezco muchas bendiciones
@@luislopez5380 same. I emailed Oedro through Amazon and told them about the condensation and asked if there was something I could do to prevent it. They responded that they could send me a replacement or issue me a refund... obviously ignoring the quality issue. So I chose to have a replacement sent to me (though I’m sure the next pair will have the same issue).
If there is fog building up, there was either water inside them or the batch you got wasn't water tight. Inspect the housing for cracks and seams that aren't sealed including the bulb
@@mechanicalking I even applied extra silicon around the seams as soon as they arrived. I’m hoping the ones I got were just part of a bad batch and the replacements are water tight.
@@mechanicalking I'm trying to do it where I don't have to turn on the parking lights.....do you happen to know what wife I can tap in order to accomplish this whenever I turn my truck on and off?
@@rayv.3855 I'm guess the red wire is a hot and the black is a ground. What I would do is run the black to a body ground and then find a "12v keyed on" power source in the fuse box. Use a fuse tap to then connect the wires. This way its clean and you don't have to cut up your stock wiring. With this power source the DRLs should come on as soon as you put the key in the ignition and turn to the acc position and automatically turn off with the key.
@@paulsosa1872 you shouldn't need one unless you want to control when they come on and off. I like mine to just come on when the key is hot and stay on. Its totally up to you and your preferences.
For some reason mine didn't come with instructions. But I'm glad I found your video. Took me about 10 mins each headlight.
How did u get the LED strips, to light up? Without the turn signal?
Hook it to the running light portion of the blinker wiring
Same ones I bought now I know how to connect the red and black wires appreciate it
I wished you could of record the wires getting cut and getting both of them inputed together
I replaced mine with stock type and used this brand because they mention weather proofing. Very happy with mine.
Are they still holding up to today?
I have a 2005 f250 and i have the ones for the f250 in specific is there a way to turn the leds into my drls and not parking
Looking good 🔥
How do i replace the High/Low Beam bulb??
You have to remove the healights and twist them out

Hey buddy did you know they make some similar like that but have the turning strip that turns orange and blinks?
I dont know if u can make a video of connecting the wires of the white led light
you have to connect it to the turn signal light, quick splices cost 3.49 in auto zone.
Holy headlights

I’ll just put them on my parking lights what wires go to what before I mess up

No that sounds like an issue with the truck and not the headlights unless they have LED bulbs

No that won't work you need expedition headlights or just put replacement led lights in yours
Both my signal lights don't work😞😞
I still don’t understand how to connect the white stripe led light ?
You splice it in to the running light/parking lamps

He has the link in the drop box
We're. Did. U. Order. Ur. Head lights. Amazon. ?
Yes
How do you adjust the lights higher ??
The adjustment screw
Does it drain your battery
No it uses similar bulbs to stock so it uses about the same amount of power
Do yours leak or have fog/condensation build up inside the housing?
Mine did after a day

Am I able to use led bulbs with this headlights? The company oedro says we can’t use led lights with it
False you can use led bulbs. They have the stock style bulb mount
Does it use the stock H13 bulbs?
It uses stock bulbs.
Can I use my LEDs H-13, I’m using now ? From stock headlight housing
Yes.
