  • Basketball Training With Progressions: Group workout (warm up) drill for all levels (high school, collegiate & professional).
    Trainers, Players try this drill 3-5 times per week and feel (or witness) the improvement within a month.
    Catch & Go and Off The Dribble Attack:
    1. Catch 2 dribble pull-up jump shot (make 10 right & 10 left)
    2. Catch 1 dribble through the legs pull-up jump shot (10 right & 10 left)
    3. Catch change direction change direction to the "bucket" (Make 10 layups)
