I looked out of my window and saw a guy letting his dog poop on my lawn. I opened the front door and asked him "Do you want to go as well?". My Ex. said that I was too aggressive, but he never did it again.

No, you REALLY dont. The insurance liability alone is insane. Then there are the Karens demanding to use it whenever, the maintenance...pools and hot tubs are NOT worth it

@@alexius23 havent used my hot tub since the last big hurricane killed the power for two weeks, reducing it to a stinky mess.
