Elegant Sourdough Discard Star - chocolate almond sweetbread

Gorgeous. Simple.
For this dough, I use a food processor with a dough blade. It’s so much faster!!
You can fill this with anything! I love the chocolate almond spread from Trader Joe’s.
I also love cinnamon and sugar with a cream cheese frosting. I’ll post that in the future!
Psst… pizza toppings are amazing in this too.
This can also be made as straight up sourdough - without the commercial yeast. It just takes longer to rise.
