2:17, this can be tricky because this is not how it should have been done there is a plastic lock that holds the tube by the valve, so this video is misleading. You need to take the engine apart, in order to remove the plastic lock that holds the valve in place. if you are putting the tube so easly this means that the lock is not holding the tube by the valve. Thanks to your video I have wasted 1h because I was trying to fit the tire in without removing it.

@Philip Saliscan The only way to fully remove it (I would advise just drilling out a portion) is to use a torx 20 screwdriver to pull off motor casing. But this is very difficult as there is little space to tease/pull this casing off

This is showing off as the valve hole is bound to have been drilled up and the tyre heated and greased, but it's still the best video to show the proper tyre changing procedure. Doing it from the cable side to avoid damage, and the way to put the tube and the valve is perfect. Of course no one will likely be able to put the whole thing by hand like here, but one can really get it almost on by hand if you push the first part properly. Heat the tyre 20 minutes in boiling water and put on some soap (dishwashing liquid) on the bead, and you just need a tiny lift with a tyre iron (or similar) for the last part.

But I did not try to put it on scooter until over a week later I left it out of sealed package, and it now is a lot harder and less smelly. So maybe if this helps keep it sealed until ready to put on your scooter. Not sure but might work.

Okay I thought it was me but looking at all the comments bellow I know its the same for a lot of people. I removed the solid replacement from last year as its grip is not as good as the tubed tire I cracked my pelvis when losing grip. I ended up hacksawing the solid tire off I followed your video but some how managed to pull tire back through so now having to fight with nut and cable its too much hard work geeting it back on the side with no nut tire is so hard and not soft. I managed to get going but I get a couple of inches of tire on and then it starts to pull off the rim again I am going to have to get help with this as its almost impossible for me as I am a little person. I can only assume that the tire you were using was already softened somehow seeing the way you could squeeze it and then just using hands to push over the lip no levers. The rubber tire you have is very supple mine is hard to squeeze. Is it possible to use some soften teqnique. I am aching all over and sitting staring at a tire half on, this is very frustrating I have great tire levers but you need more hands. As an instructive video it is great.

!!! HOW TO PUT VALVE STEM ON !!!
    - undo the screws that hold engine cover in place
    - slide 2 long fat FLAT HEAD screwdrivers under the cover in order to pop it off. Even without the screws, the cover is tightly coupled with the rest of the wheel; position the 2 screwdrivers so that they form a 90° angle, slide the first one under the cover with the aid of a soft hammer, do the same with the second and leverage them until done. Obviously the heads of the screwdrivers must be thin enough to pass under the tight space between the cover and the motor case.
    - remove the tiny plastic piece around the valve (this is needed to hold the valve in place and not bend in a way that would make tire inflation difficult)
    - remove hold inner tube
    - put new inner tube on
The reason why the guy in the video makes no effort to fit the stem in place is that he must have removed the plastic holder before filming, making this video worthless and misleading.
    Hope it helps.

I have Found the solution!!!! The only possible way to fit those tires back on is: lubricate the rim with some Vaseline and heat up the tire for 1 (one)minute in microwave, put some protective glove to block the heat from burning your hands,
and it can be done much easily, You need the wheel to be softer otherwise it ‘s impossible to fit it without having breaks your body and nervous. Good luck.

This instruction gives pretty false impression that it is easy to change a tube. In my case (and i see other people complaining about the same) tube valve physically was not coming out. If this happens, you need to unscrew black plastic plate on a wheel as well, and inside the wheel, plastic 'stabilizer' prevents valve to be removed (or inserted). Not to mention that to unscrew all screws you need to make a substantial effort, so you gotta have muscles to make it work.

No way he got it on that easy. He's not telling you the truth. He had to rehearse and prep this stuff ahead of time. That inner tube air valve because it's on an angle was a bitch to get on. Had to lube up that and the tire just to get it on. . Not an easy installation by any means.
