This song reminds me of my babyson. 2-11-2003 - 3-29-16. We used to cuddle and nap together when he was an infant. He died by suicide. His bully abuser was his father. He isolated him from me and crushed his soul. I so wanted him to wake up out of his casket and touch my cheek again. He was very affectionate.

Its just the perfect mixture of so many powerful emotions and the way he sings it really encapsulates them so well. Ive never even heard of these guys before until it randomly started playing one night in my girlfriends car on Pandora. Ever since then it has profoundly sunk its way into my soul.

this. this song alone is the perfect music to use when writing a story about star crossed or forbidden lovers who want nothing than to be with each other and feel each other's warmth and flesh. The feeling of longing and yearning of their being is immense and immaculate that all they could do is meet each other's gaze, the intense burning of passion and desire lingering within their eyes. Now try to imagine Stateless performing this song at the medieval era, the villagers from the town are gathered as the flames of the campfire illuminated the field. The person is sitting at the front of the performers, their voices lulling them as they suddenly thought of their lover. Feeling a sense of despair crept into their veins, they turned to look at that person only to find the person turning their heads at the same time and their eyes met. It was as if the time had stopped and the crowd had disappeared. It was just the two of them and the performers were still playing. Their breaths caught up in their throats as the flames shone through their eyes, igniting a reflection along with their burning desire and love towards themselves.
If you love songs like this one, it's normal, you don't have to be afraid of people who have a closed mind, and can'not understand such a beautyfull creation :)

The absence of the piano hurts this rendition, though I am aware it's supposed to be an unplugged version. However, the vocal performance is nice; the fact that they went up a key makes it sound all the more dramatic.
