Long sitting se mere pairo me aur abdomen me swelling ho jati hai ..maine doctor se bhi consult Kiya unhone bs ek hi reply Kiya ki bich bich me uth ke tahal liya..maine apply bhi Kiya but phir bhi swelling ho jati hai..aur abhi to knee me pain badh gya hai...aisa kyu hota hai aur kya abdomen me swelling hona normal hai??

Won't agree with the eye level point. Always keep your screen at eye level. It will keep your neck straight and above shoulder line.
