    4 mouse paas rakho
    5 chair curve ho jo back ko support kr ske
    6 ghutne aur chair ke edge ke beech 4 fingers ka difference ho
    7 Arm wrest should be in neutral position
    8 Arm wrest ko apne key board se adjust kro
    9 Change positions
    10 Do exercises

    I do work 7.8 hours work from home. But every early morning I feel lower back pain 🥺

      Bhai good type of ergonomics chair use karo for long hour seating or every 1 hour chair se khade hoke idhar udhar chalse back khade hoke strech karke vapis betho.

    Sir ji meri chair plastic kih jsi hum koi mehman aate h to use krte h,to vo kya shi rhegi ya fir aap jesi hi mngvay...bcz m daily laptop se long hours pdti hu to ab bhot jyada neck pain hota h??

    Long sitting se mere pairo me aur abdomen me swelling ho jati hai ..maine doctor se bhi consult Kiya unhone bs ek hi reply Kiya ki bich bich me uth ke tahal liya..maine apply bhi Kiya but phir bhi swelling ho jati hai..aur abhi to knee me pain badh gya hai...aisa kyu hota hai aur kya abdomen me swelling hona normal hai??

    sir Bangladesh se..me computer me 3/4 work karta hu, mera neck pain huya tha most time...mene morka putaya to mere neck injury hogeya...choti tumour jesa kus he....homeopathy medicine le raha hu...mere liye koi suggestion jise me thik hojau...!

    What to do when u r studying? The books are always lying on the table u have to look down continuously, bending ur neck? What's a fix for this?

    Sir mai library mai 6-8 hours hota hu mujhay neck mai pain hoti hai aur anterior pelvic tilt b honay laga hai aur jab mai pani peta hu to mujhay suffocation hoti kya karo

    Won't agree with the eye level point. Always keep your screen at eye level. It will keep your neck straight and above shoulder line.
