Personal Training Studio Design | Equipment Cost, Ideas, Set Up, Lifestyle (Trainer VLOG)

What's up guys! Jeff from Sorta Healthy here! In today's video I'll be taking you into my personal training studio, specifically the third training room within my facility.
Unfortunately, we've always had some issues with our third personal training space. Originally, the room shown in todays video was set up to be an area where we did massage therapy and assisted stretching. As our personal training studio has gotten busier though, we've started using the back room for personal training sessions more and more often.
Unfortunately, the space has always been a bit annoying to train clients in. So, in this video I'll be attempting some minor modifications to the space to make it a better area to work with personal training clients.
I'll be filming the process and giving a detailed account of all of the fitness equipment in our third personal training room, because I think that will be useful information for anyone starting their own personal training studio to have.
Oh ya, we talk more about burnout as a personal trainer in this video too. It's good to discuss that every once in a while, and these VLOG style videos seem to be the best way to do that!

Love this! Love all of your videos. I’m newly qualified and find your videos so helpful. Could you give some advice on managing time and being able to fit in vacation especially when you have clients on a programme?

Thanks for your support! That’s one the toughest things about being a trainer in my opinion is work life balance. Ultimately, pick when you go on vacation well in advance and let people know way in advance. Offer to set people up with things to do while you’re gone.

I'd be curious to know what the sq. footage is of your individual training rooms?

It’s about 200-300 square feet per room. The studio is 1200 in total.
