I feel seriously sick from Monday, but I still did the fast, eating once a day. Everyone is surprise at me because I have to take drugs and not in good shape, but I promise God that I won't let anything stop me from the fast. I might not go as far as I wanted, but even if it is up to 12 pm. like yesterday after the hospital, I will. And I am so glad because I believe it is a taste of fate and perseverance.
He knows your heart and he’s very understanding so do what you’re able to do even if it’s just 8 hrs. Dedicate that time to him. He sees what you do and that’s all that truly matters 🙌🏾 🙏🏾
Please be wise and let your fast be according to your own health needs. God is more please with your heart of obedience and your intentions to get closer to him. Blessings on your fasting! Even fasting breakfast only is enough.
It's good Fasting for God but don't get sick.. God doesn't like that.. even God know our desire is to glorify him.. but don't get sick.. ya.. You can fasting this way.. If you cant do 12 hours do the 6 hours. For 4 days.. Beginner is the most harder . Because your stomach cant accept it yet. But to make it have a balance you have to start fasting from 6 hours per day. After you already know how to manage your body without food for 6 hours . Then make it 12 hours.. don't push yourself.. After your body can accept 12hours without food .. than make it. 24 hours.. this is Harders fasting. So after your body can manage it.. Take step from Fasting without food.. for 3days only drink water. Fasting without food and water for 7 days.. ( 12hours - 6am -6pm a day) If you can make it.. so your body already manage it all.
Continue keep the faith...I am in a similar situation living with diabetes high blood pressure cholesterol and stent done recently so there a lots of med I have to take believing in God grace to continue fasting amen❤😊

The hard phases are challenging but fleeting! Sing worship songs and read the Bible out loud--it really helps the fasting perseverance to keep our voice active! You've got this! 🙌
I've never read the Bible from beginning to end. However, I'm working on it right now. I started back in June and I'm now in Psalms. I'm doing it with a plan in the YouVersion app.
I’m doing Daniel fasting , not eating til after sundown , me dairy cheese, gluten honestly it was easy the first day the second third day I had like a bite of something before sundown. I’m a chef and it’s just incredibly tempting but I’m not gonna give up. It’s only if I can I’ll be so proud of myself it’s my first fast

God bless. Be careful with Citrus fruits if you're on water fast. I would advise on celtic sea salt. Add a tip of teaspoon to 1.5 litres of water for all the minerals you need. Remain blessed in Jesus matchless name. Amen. 🙏🙏🙏
I agree with the above comment, the citrus can over cleanse you and give acid reflex... I put salt or LMNT electrolyte packets in my water to help keep hydrated... ❤

My soul is rejuvenating! I am getting insight from the word like never before! My mind is a bit sluggish, tired... lol. Yet, as you are saying, reading Gods word is helpful! My body is in a lot of pain, and I am experiencing crazy tough muscle cramps. Otherwise, I am determined and excited to draw near to God. I am ready for breakthroughs in a few areas of my life!! ❤
You might be dehydrated. Drink lots of water with a pinch of salt or electrolytes. It's better to drink water with something added to it so we retain it.
I tried it last year; didn't do it full out; but this year...it must be God im feeling so fired up 2 do it full out. By the grace of God im going full out on liquid fast❤❤❤

Fasting is feasting on Gods word. Day 3. I am eating at Sundown. I ate after sun ⛅️ down without thanking God. I was hungry but I was gluttonous and devoured my food. Lesson that I learned from today. Man can’t live by bread alone but every word that flows from the word of God. As we hunger for food we/I should hunger and thirst for righteous and being holy. On day 4 I will do better. Praise God for this fast.

As I was reading those books I felt the holy ghost consume me I felt fire through 🙌🏽my body, I cried🥺 and spoke 🙏🏾 in tounges. The holy ghost spoke to me at the beggining of the 21 days fasting and then pastor Vlad emphisised or put a stamp through his amazing holy ghost filled teaching about, prayer, reading of the word of God so my scripture reading it was led by my friend the holy ghost halleluja ❣️

Not yet but I’m got the Dwelling Bible app a few weeks ago and I’m doing the “Through the Bible a year”. I listen to it and follow along some cause I’m not the greatest at reading lol. I’ve discovered though, when the daily season is done I’m still thirsty!! So I basically do the whole week in one day lol. I LOVE JESUS!! I’m trying to hard to get a real relationship with God this time. I had my first deliverance on Saturday morning by watching a video, I’ve been watching them cause something is still in me. Idk what it is but I can wits still in me. I love your videos and appreciate your work for the Lord.

I have read the whole Bible. I’m currently on a 90 day challenge of reading the whole Bible. I do like doing it in 180 days or so because I can study the scripture more. I do read a physical Bible. I also have other studies that I do on top of my 90 day Bible reading.
I’ve read the Bible through several times. Each time it comes alive to me in different ways! In 2023, I did a plan where you read the Bible in 90 days. It took me 120, but it is doable!
I have read one time beginning to the and but learn more every time I read it things I haven't seen before that the spirit told me now is the time to understand thank you so much for this speaking speaking it was wonderful something I needed to hear I need to get back into his word

I have a physical bible and have always read from a physical bible since making a decision for Christ when I was 15 in 1996. The Holy Spirit had spoken to me and excited me for the Word from the very beginning. What a gift! I can remember the emotion even I as I type this testimony. I have yet to read the Bible from cover to cover after almost 30 years (I just turned 43 in November). I have attempted to, whenever i get to Leviticus, I give up. I have read SO MUCH of the scriptures and LOVE them. The Word of God has been my life in my darkest moments, meaning it was the Words of scripture that gave me the hope and courage to survive. His Word is life.
