I once was on the aisle seat in a plane and a woman in the middle seat was so heavy I literally had to hang over the armrest into the aisle the whole flight. A nightmare from ORD in Chicago to LAX Los Angeles.
Funny guy. People were not trying to be professional victims back then so everyone laughed at fat jokes. Today it's fat shaming if you mention anything about a fat person. I have been stuck next to a +++++++++++size woman who sat in her middle seat half of my window seat and the aisle seat. Dallas to Sacramento, the most miserable flight ever.
Reminds me of Jerry S but edgier, comedy has lost a lot of its fuel if it cant use fat jokes, agism or ethnic humour. Maybe its for the best but i dunno
Not many people are looking to watch comedians to begin with. Entertainment media has changed so much and it has nothing to do with cancel culture. The average person just scans for the names in comedy that are already big. The days of going out to comedy clubs and giving rising comedians a chance is in the past now that we have UA-cam and TikTok at our fingertips.
He was great, such a likable personality funny as hell - miss those days
David and Rodney ruled late night for years! Nobody can touch them now, nobody!!!!!
Loved David! Miss him!
I miss David. His book "soft Pretzels with mustard" was the best.
Yes!!!..so missed...
Oh man, lol, those jokes about fat people had me and stitches 🤣
Pleasingly Plump. This is the funniest I ever heard him.
David Brenner, you were a very funny and original comedian: R.I.P.

He’s hilarious 😂 Miss him 😢
A comic genius
Wish comics of today would their routines similar to David B so they too can be known like he still is
😜

I think it was better when we could laugh at ourselves and each other. It was a much better country and we need to get it back.
