Do more of these type of vids! I love hearing uber talented creators share their advice, but often don’t have enough time to sit down and listen to podcasts and things like that. I love how everything was super to the point and condensed
Super condensed collection of tips, love it. Thanks for sharing :)
Nice snippets of great advice. Thank you Futur
There was so much gold in these live streams, we had to pull out the golden nuggets.
Lately, I have been in touch with some really good designers and video production artists. One most common advice I have been seeing is to focus on the personal projects. I personally also believe in this firmly. Clients don't want a copycat version of some other client's work. It's the fresh new stuff you make yourself without any constraints is what sets you apart from the crowd. Also, people who say, they don't get time for the personal projects; that's bullshit. It's just a matter of priority and belief.
You get hired and known for what's in your portfolio.
True that. :) Keep producing such knowledgeable and life-changing content.
Straight to the point
For some, it can be tough doing personal projects for ourselves. Even jumping out there and doing something for FREE for someone, you have that built in accountability to get it done by a certain date. Thanks for the vid!
Clear and straight to the point! playing it on loop to let it all sink in!
Value. Value and more value!
impressive content The Futur. I smashed that thumbs up on your video. Keep up the superior work.
Self development is real development and it comes from within by self discipline; that I had learned from TheFutur and am better now.
Thanks guys. Your videos are gems.
Love all these amazing and powerful people you bring in
This can easily apply to videography/filmmaking as well. Or really, any cretive field, I'd say. Great tips either way!
Good mashup from some great host! Learn from the people who are working in design daily.
I am really glad I found this channel. I have been watching it for a week or two. It has really brought me a lot of value. And you guys keep it so interesting that after a two hour livestream I still want to see more. That’s why I watch about 2-4 hours a day of your content. I will defenitely buy some books with your amazon referal as a way to show my gratitude for putting this content out for free. And in a later stage of my career I will purshase some kits you provided. Thanks Chris and everyone else from then futur

So today I downloaded all of the free resources on your website. one thing bugged me, that was that for every resource I had to download. I had to re enter my credentials over and over whilst a was logged in. wouldn't it be better for the user experience that when you are logged in. You only have to check the yes I wan't to receive email part before you can download that resource.
yes. you are right. @ben burns isn't trying to resolve that.
CHRIS should I freelance or work for these shitty mom and pop shop? I HATE MY JOB AS A WEB DESIGNER AT A MOM AND POP SHOP. is it all jobs like this in creative field or just the shitty business owner? CHRIS give me the answer man. U got the answer.
