@@Silverbackugx Bride price is part of African cultural traditions, showing appreciation and commitment to your wife and her parents, in fact the original concept of bride price did not involve money, it was simply a celebration where both families got to know each other, over the years people have turned it into a lavish ceremony especially the rich because they can afford to splash the cash.

It may be true world wide but in other places women actually have receipts that a man has money.
