Funny thing, according to Anoop Desai (guy who plays the Djinn), when he came onto set during the Private School episode, the first thing he saw there was Kayvan Novak’s prosthetic face.
So anyone else going to point out that the Djin granted every other wish exactly like how it was intended but for the penis wish they had to be super specific?
tbf all his other wishes ended up with shit he didn't want. im not ab to do a full dive analysis rn lol, but basically every other wish ended up negatively for him just by virtue of him not realizing what he was getting himself into.

The whole penis thing could have been a lot simpler if he had just wished for his current penis and balls to be enlarged by 20% , in the exact same proportions and nothing removed or added to it. Or add a disclaimer stating 'And I this wish is to be granted in the exact way in which I intend it. Djinn is not allowed any bad faith interpretations of said wish.
"Nothing removed or added to it" could be interpreted as it literally having "NOTHING" changed to it by 20%. 20% of zero is still zero. Also "Djinn is not allowed any bad faith interpretations" could be disputed as what is considered bad faith for the Djinn could differ from the person wanting the wish. Plus even using the "The wish must happen the way I intend it" could come with a twist of it basically changing all the time because what you want to change about it in that moment may not be the same way you feel about it a week later so it then automatically uses up a wish to accomodate your desires until you run out of wishes.
My opinion is if they decided to make them canon, the penis wish is the perfect setup for feelings to develop. Think about it, now everytime nandor do anything sexual, he thinks of Guillermo, and maybe slowly he starts to fall for him Then you have him wishing that his wife likes everything that he likes and after that you see her being very affectionate towards Guillermo when before they barely interacted
That last part is literally exactly what happened. At the wedding, Marwa basically tells him that they would be lost without him and gives him a hug while peppering his face with kisses. It's cute.

It's conditions rather than additional wishes. By that interpretation they could meet all that criteria by making you a billionaire who is then teleported to a deserted island so it's impossible to be kidnapped or contacted by the banks. Obviously this is useless since you are now trapped on an island, but it does meet all the conditions requested.
